I still can't believe that you tried to mix Marvel and DC together. If you want to mix them, at least acknowledge that Marvle and DC are two separate Universes, otherwise this is just a story that had a lot of potential but fell flat on its face.
Hmmm, wonder how connected? Because this fanfic does not really seem to have much to do with that certain author at all, nor have I ever recalled that certain author writing about X-Men. 'Course, I have not read the story yet, but I just want to know ahead of time. Seeing that you title-dropped the End of Ends, though, and this fanfic involves the Teen Titans, I have a certain idea what this story is going to be about. Strange figure is probably the Count, having regained some moment of control and sanity to send the Mane Six to stop evil him.
Will this fanfic have anything to do with your own RoF-verse (that is what I am calling it now)? Or is it more of a thematic connection?
P.S. : Will you ever return to Rebirth-verse again and explore more about the characters? Like for example, the adventure of Lightning Dawn in a new world, trying to find his own identity? Hmm, should have figured that out soon. I mean, by the end of your story, Lightning and Krysta were clearly considering being more than just friends, and Krysta did achieve a bigger form when she transformed into a flutterpony.
Ahh, interested. Wonder what that will be. Maybe Lightning finds an alternate idea where the roles were reversed (smug Twilight will be a weird experience). Or an alternate universe where Starfleet was actually heroic (summoned there by a heroic Celesteo in a desperate attempt to cure his All-Might style injury that is preventing him from being more active). Maybe Twilight and co. find out Legend Bringer the pony, who reveals more about the nature of their world. Ideas are endless.
A question, then: how long would the Power Ponies last in their current state against:
1) the forces of Dark Conquest (including Kudos, Rhymey, Raven, and the Necromancer)
2) Starfleet soldiers and the Replacements that Celesteo chose for Lightning (kind of forgetting if Starfleet is the name of the government or Lightning's Sentai team)
3) Gallant and Unos' force

Kinda disappointed that Spike got left out.... really wanted to see him contribute to the team....
Also, Rainbow Dash is surprisingly chill about not being the fastest on the team anymore... and I like it, it shows that when the situation is dire she puts everything else before her personal issues. Then again considering she can control lightning, maybe she could supercharge her body to fly faster.
That being said, will the ramifications of the main six going missing from Equestria be explored? Will we see Spike, Starlight, and the rest of their friends trying to find a way to bring them back? Or is this a case of time flowing differently in this world and when they eventually go back only a few minutes will have passed?
Anyway, this story is off to a genuinely interesting start, looking forward to the next chapter!

If so, I can imagine one line the heroes can say to the villain.

As for the human versions of the Mane 6 in this world acting weird... that was odd. Intentional I'm sure. Also, it's kind of funny how a lot of hair stylists knew a hair-themed supervillain was gonna attack.
I'm surprised that Rainbow Dash forgot about the Crystalling, seeing as she got cold there. Then again, Season 6 was pretty forgettable.

This was my way of filling in a plot hole of "Why not ask Sunset for help." and show that this is not the saem human world that the Equestria girls live in. This is a seperate universe where the mane six are all sterotype teenagers and Sunset is a big sister to Twilight.
That hairstylist man, she knows things. She prdicted the ending of many anime and has also called out sever super villian attacks.
You can chalk that up to two possible explinations. 1) The cold in the Crystaling was so [pwerful that it over took the natural immunity to coldness. Or two, I kind of forgot that episode since it was kind of a weak opener and kind of dismissed it from my head.

Thanks, its kind of a thing I notice with Dash in some of my favorite episodes. Putting her friends first when it's something important. If it's something like Discord being cold, eh, who cares, but friends are in real trouble itsthem first. I'll have Dash deal with her personal problems later, but at that moment she knew she was needed.

The only thing that would make this chapter better would have been Rarity saying how Count Logan's clothes don't match.
I'd think rainbow would keep her usual speed even if now pinkie is a speedster by superpower, also combining these 3 worlds/universes hmm... You have me intrigued, now to the armed grande, really? rainbooms? I don't think RD of that world/universe would know that name I thought she'd go by either Mane 6, Wonderbolts or even Power ponies (even if that last one would be a bit corney) and shouldn't Spiderman have stayed to meet a new fellow hero (s)? Yeah, in the original X-men, not much was made of the "protecting those who fear them" idea and they were kind of more just superhero team. There is a reason why they failed as a team for a while until Chris Clairmont came into the picture.

Yeah, it will be tough. Times like that, I usually look at some of my favorite large crossovers and think of what makes work for me. And I take some lessons from a lot of reviews I read. For instance, Avengers and why it worked. You could literally just watch the first two Iron Man films and get there and you would not be lost. Why? Simple, because they just give you the characters and power set without needing to explain much of the backstory. This makes yu curious and you can explain later.
Another example, for me, is a game called Jump Vstars. They just gave me the power set, character names, and I was interested in who those people were and their anime.
No one, this was based on the gag from the X-men anime where Beast made a super smart squid. I love that joke and decided to do it with a lobster.

As for the museum pieces... I'm not exactly an avid reader of the Marvel comics, but I get the impression that the suit of armor was supposed to foreshadow Apocalypse. Not sure what the rest are foreshadowing, though.
As for the mysterious force controlling Beast Boy, there's just something about the green eyes and feminine voice that makes me think of Queen Chrysalis, but I'm pretty sure it's someone else.
