Okay, I gave this a chance, and while its not the worst fanfic I've ever read, I've gotta comment on this.
Your duels are too short, I've been reading and writing Yu-Gi-Oh fanfics and one of the first things you learn is that you gotta have longer duels to keep things interesting from a storytelling perspective.
You're also kinda iffy on your characterization, with canon characters its one thing but with OCs you're not giving us a lot to go on. I suggest working on this a little bit. You have other fics sure, but you can't just assume that your reader has read them.
If you want my suggestion, look at my story Yu-Gi-Oh: Dark Crusaders or look up 0ccam's Razor on Fanfiction.net for better examples. You have some potential here, but you need to work on how you tell the story a bit.
You did one mistake. Dark Magician Girl gets 300 ATK points IF Dark Magician is in your graveyard.

Did you intend on using Goyo Guardian in its pre-errata state? Since a year or so before this chapter was posted, it gotten a errata that now makes it so it needs a Earth-attributed Tuner monster to summon it.
Tutan Mask actually can't stop Toon Briefcase since Briefcase doesn't look like it targets monsters.
Book Of LIfe doesn't require its user to banish a monster from their field but it actually banishes a monster from the opponent's graveyard.
Doesn't Vampire Lord have an effect where it makes the opponent send a declared card type from the deck to the graveyard every time it inflicts damage?
Shouldn't Pyramid Turtle's floating effect also be triggered again when Danny destroyed it since it goes back to his graveyard?
I wonder why didn't RD use Gale the Whirlwind's effect to cut Twilight's monster's ATK in half before doing the Synchro Summon?

Ra's destruction effect is a targeting effect there.
Even if no damage and destruction happens due to Waboku, the battle would have still continued anyway and Shining's set monster would have flipped face-up.
