Canterlot High goes on a field trip to Camp Everfree until a mysterious magical force caused things to happen during their stay. After being taught how to fight from Peter Parker since Charming Thunder was cured, he begins to struggle with letting his dark past die. Hoping to get a second chance, he willingly helps with the investigation of the magic presence during camp.

After Order 66 was issued and the Clone Wars ended, the Jedi Order became extinct. The rest of the members of the Jedi were being hunted down while going into hiding. Charming Thunder, one of the Jedi's best generals in the Grand Army of the Republic, returned to his home planet of Equis in order to hide from the evil Galactic Empire. After reuniting with his aunt; Princess Celestia, he learned the secrets of living longer like an alicorn. Years later, he met new friends and made new enemies.

After Order 66 was issued, Charming Thunder's life with royalty has became more difficult as he has been summoned by Queen Luna of the New Lunar Republic for a very important task to earn a place in Luna's side.

Since the death of Charming Thunder and Danny Eclipse, the land of Equestria was at peace at last. With Starshine and Twilight ruling in separate places of the kingdom, Twilight's student; Luster Dawn, wondered what friendship was to Twilight and decides to introduce her to the spirit of Charming Thunder for the first time in many years.

This story is a sequel to Equestria Wars Episode XVII: Revenge of the Alliance

The Equestrian Empire is on the brink of destruction since the Elements of Harmony were destroyed by Sombra. Charming Thunder has fallen to the dark side after his father's defeat and his son; Starshine Sparkle, must survive the trials to become a Jedi Knight like his father and hopefully redeem him. Will he succeed or will he fail?

This will be the final episode of the Charming Thunder saga. A story related to the end of season 9 of the My Little Pony series will be next.

Wallflower Blush, a human with the mysterious memory stone from Equestria takes away memories of Sunset Shimmer from Twilight and the others. Sunset joins forces with Charming Thunder, Danny, and Trixie as they solve the mystery on how the memories were erased and find the memory stone then destroy it before night falls and the memories will be erased forever.
