Though if he does, leave the capitalized Scream. It makes sense that that would be a proper noun seeing as there's a monster attack every other day or so. They probably have a distinctive scream for such situations.

Honestly, of you don't do anything with the capitalization I'd be more than okay with that. About a third of my giggles came from imagining how those words became proper nouns. Especially, the Literal Fuck. great story all in all.
