Interesting premise! I'll keep my eye on this, I enjoy seeing BDSM done right.
One critique- there's a lot of info-dumping. You portray it well enough but it's pretty obvious all the same. It makes some of the dialogue feel stiff and unnatural. One example- having her ask Fluttershy if any stallions have harassed or stalked her, because obviously she and everyone knows it's not allowed and if it does happen they're kicked out. That's great info to know but I think poorly presented. I'd suggest having her ask if any stallions have done anything she's uncomfortable with, and then Fluttershy can mentally recount the rest. Hope that makes sense!
