It quite adorable, kudos to you.

My Spike sense was tingling. Here I am.

Sleep is for the weak nothing.:derpytongue2:

Good job.

Adorable and sweet.

This is so cute!:rainbowkiss:

Goodnight, Kuckleheads

Might wanna fix that chapter title ^^;;

“This really needs to be proofread,” Starlight said, looking over several other letters and documents on Twilight’s desk. “Actually, most of these need to be proofread. A lot.”

Twilight’s eyebrows furrowed as she dramatically poked Starlight in the chest. “You’re proofread!” she declared in her disoriented state.

:rainbowlaugh: That's SUCH a perfectly Twilight thing to say!

Nice little fluff piece.

7423689 Lol I caught it right before you posted, so close! :rainbowlaugh:

"These two work themselves way too hard sometimes."

Naturally, you're perfectly fine, despite staying up the exact same amount of time. More than fine enough to take over, actually. But not enough to be honest about it, no, you wrap up your scheming in concern and pretty words. Sod off, you self-righteous hypocrite.

A short and very sweet piece, a true bedtime story.
I can definitely see myself reading this again.
And with that I say:

10/10 - Would fluff again.

Well that was utterly adorable. Have a thumbs up and a fave!

You’re a proofread, Summer Dancer! Candy ass jackass. :P

Either way, cute story there! Woulda been better if Spike infected Starlight. :rainbowwild: Nah, JK. Still, nice story you got there!

7423867 Plot twist, Starlight wakes up the next morning with a cold :trollestia:

7423883 Plot plot twist, You ain't gonna write a story about that. :trollestia::trollestia::trollestia:

7423890 Plot plot plot twist...you're probably right :rainbowlaugh:

"Sleep is just a cousin of death" Bring Me The Horizon

7423899 Plot plot plot plot twist, zimmerwald1915 is going to write that sequel story to make Starlight suffer. :rainbowlaugh::rainbowlaugh::rainbowlaugh:

7423903 Plot twist....wake me up inside...

SAVE HER!!!

7423893 If Starlight wants to take over because she can bear the work better than Twilight, she should say so honestly. Pretending to be concerned for the lesser being who can't even handle an all-nighter (when Starlight clearly can, since she's also been up for all hours and remains perfectly functional) is sneaky, underhanded, and manipulative. Getting a cold from the people she "helped" is decent karmic comeuppance for fake concern.

7423910 Plot twist, you're still a jackass. :derpytongue2:

7423903 I wish. My best form is the essay; I don't handle narrative so well (as you can see by my complete lack of uploaded stories, I know my limits).
7423912 "Got up" doesn't have to mean "woke up." It could just as easily mean "rose from her bed," where she could have been studying or writing.

7423933
Then do a collab. Write an essay, then have another author write...maybe some character dislikes Starlight and writes an essay which gets read out loud.

7423936 Collaborations are for people with community presence. Nobody wants to work with a nobody.

Also, such a story would be pretty much the epitome of nothing happening.

7423942
What if a nobody wants to work with a nobody?

7423947 Then that nobody is very foolish for slumming it instead of hitching their wagon parasitically to a star.

AWWW FLUFFYYY FLUFF FLUFFINESS!:raritystarry::rainbowkiss::pinkiesad2::twistnerd:
You're perfect at all kinds of stories, Summer:twilightoops:
I dun no what mind ya have:moustache:

7423956 Translation: It's bad business to associate with people on or below your level of recognition. People do it all the time, of course, but it's still foolish.

7423966
Oh. Wait, what do you mean it happens all the time? Example?

7423970 The example that springs to mind is Jay Z and Kanye West. Sorry to cite from the real entertainment industry, but I don't care enough about Bronydom's clique-y drama to know or research an example.

7423975 I don't give a peck about the entertainment industry, so your example kinda didn't convince me.
I'll just assume you don't want people taking advantage of you, even if they just want to help you succeed.

7423978 Hardly! I just don't want to drag people down with my awfulness. I identify with Twilight in that I haven't been any good to anybody in a long time.

7423999
Your awfulness? Have you pissed off a lot of people because they didn't properly hide spoilers or made enemies with 3 Skype groups and 2 Discord groups? Because I'm still angry at that guy who muted me for no reason...

7424001 I don't use Skype and I doubt I have the community presence to be blacklisted anywhere. My awfulness is the secret sort that festers at the bottom of the soul.

7424017 Funny. This whole conversational thread started over me telling someone to shove their fake, cynical, end-seeking sympathy. Now it has finished with an offering of the same. 'Tis a Great Mandala we live on.

7424110
No, I just didn't understand what you said.

7423915 U mean to me! :raritydespair:
7423955 I'm faaaaar from perfect at stories. I just write what I need to pull out of my twisted mind :pinkiecrazy:
7423933 I can confirm that Starlight woke up.

7424112
Plot twist, I'm not gonna reply one hour later unlike you. :ajsmug:

7424113 Well excuse me for working out!! :raritydespair:

7424112 I don't believe you, because I can't derive that from the text.

7424111 I called your offer of hugs fake, cynical, and end-seeking, like Starlight's in the story.

7424139 Please don't jab at other users thanks.

7424139
oh. Me comforting you was fake, cynical, and end-seeking.
Sorry.
