I don't think it's trolls following you around - it's people who camp the New feed and just dislike anything that has a premise they don't like. Your premise alone has a lot of things that will trigger those kinds of users. I long ago decided that dislikes are irrelevant to my decision to read / not read a piece, because I happen to enjoy a lot of 'controversial' content that generates a lot of downvotes.
It's also helped me to ignore the downvotes on my own fic.
