4713180 dexterity can be useful. Its a nice challenge to pr0s. Strength us just too easy.
dexterity does nothing on speed, rolling, or anything like that. It just increases damage of dex-based weapons. Endurance can help with rolls. Also giant dads are easy to kill ( lik rly) if you know the trick to get out of a stun-lock. Then, once he is in the Zwei-R1 animation, quickly back/lagstab him. Rinse and repeat for victory.

4715891 The joke is, Dex weapons were straight up better than strength in DS1, as you could get the same damage as a Strength weapon, but have a fast swing. Thus people started making the joke that dex weapons were too easy.
Also Dex does actually increase swing and cast speed slightly. (Maybe not swing). On top of that, the video that kind of spawned the giant dad meme did make jokes about leveling Dex making you a casul, so it's kind of related.
