This story did not disappoint.

Well worth the wait, It was nice to see Rookie and Rainbow again. I think the last time we saw him was in your first fic, he didn't say much and he was as bland as white bread with really no discernible personality. Now in the sequel after what seven other fics? He seems to actually have character development, a past, and clear motivations. I really like the secondary ship of Soarin' and Spitfire. By the way it was nice of them to let Rainbow and rookie keep the outfits, but considering that they soiled them with Love Tabasco, it was a better option than just tossing them out. I bet the other fans in that stadium would never guess where those uniforms have been or what they were used for, if only nylon and spandex could talk...Giggity, Giggity. Also I laughed by ass off at the awkward situation where Rookie took the blame for the locker room incident.

I really like the detailed description of Las Pegasus and I love that you modeled it after more 50's/60's Vegas Rat Pack era Vegas as apposed to the more family friendly Vegas of today; which I don't mind because have you been to Vegas recently? It's fucking amazing.

Also, Dash really does look sexy in that suit, even in the pic you chose. I also enjoyed the way you incorporated a SoarFire pairing here, it was nice to have that little bit of trouble thrown into the mix. :)

Now that everything has been dropped, my laptop is dead, and I have read this.

My mind has been blown. I laughed a lot, I nearly tested up when Rookie and Dash kissed after their fight, and I laughed more at the wonderbolts costume moment at the by end.

Crowley, you totally need to do a follow up where Dash and Rookie double date with Spitty and Soarin'. Then, have them show up in the Wonderbolts costumes. The laughs from that would probably kill me. It doesn't have to be long, just do a single chapter.
