Well this and the previous story sure has turned out to be a really sexy and interesting alternate universe.
Although I must ask where do ponies that are not part of Sweeties maredom fit in? I know you wrote about how there sort of part of the mindweb but does she outright control them? (it kinda sounds like she does control Shining in this manner, or are they parially controlled, or are they independent and have just accepted Sweetie as there new ruler.
Also where exactly do Stallions stand in this new reign anyway?
Anyway apologies for the questions but I'm honestly a bit curious since your descriptions of these in the stories is a bit vague. Anyway glad you wrote them really enjoyed them.

In her Mindweb there are two sections. An Overweb, and an Underweb.
Overweb: Those she's given Rapture, are magically connected to her and while have some independence are can't act against her nor her direct orders. And are dependent on her in both an emotional and psychological level. Being in the overweb, they are closely connected to her and her psyche to the point of mind / thought sharing with both her and any other pony in the Overweb. (Have control and instant access to minds and emotions of those in Underweb as well.)
Underweb: Ponies that had a mental, physical, or emotional resonance / connection to those in the Overweb. They have greater dependant thought, but their mental and emotional connections need concentration to focus on an individual (to one degree or another) and can communicate to those within the Mindweb with effort.
They also are constantly flooded with microbursts of love and devotion to Sweetie that while less ingrained than those in the Overweb still is noticeable to everypony. If she was to give a direct order, it would be a strong compulsion, but slightly less than outright, full on mind control. Although if those that they were connected to (the Overweb ponies that formed their connection to the Underweb) gave an order they'd be mind controlled to doing it.
Gender Relations: Not much has changed really. Stallions are still pretty incompetent as they were in the show [with the few exceptions (Cheese Sandwich), but there are fewer who're likely to turn evil. Mares, still rule society in most places (herds will always follow the "Boss Mare" and look to the head mare in a city / nation, to dictate movement of society, what will be done at any given point, actions to take for whatever thing pops up. Just like real horses / ponies).
Although with Changelings in Equestria, there will be a lot of Ponlings (pron. Pwn-lings), and even the few rare Changlicorns, (or in Spire's children's cases DracoChanglicorns), and since they have greater Gender Equality, that could possibly rub off on Pony Society where it's competence, skill, and usefulness that determines things rather than just one's gender. That is if Changelings can teach the males to be more adept at their jobs.

AH thanks yes that did clear a lot of things up for me thanks.
Anyway that does explain how Sweetie gained control (given the fact Celestia and Luna are part of the Overweb would mean that at least 98% of everyone in equestria is at least part of the web just because they had nominal respect for them) Although I'd imagine there'd still be some outliers that have resisted the mindweb that Sweetie is probably going to have to deal with eventually.
Also I don't blame you on the Stallions are incompetent train of thought Shining especially always came off as being mostly useless. In any case in light of this I guess the changes to male/female relations weren't as big as I originally thought.
In anycase I must thank you for coming up with such an intriguing setting makes me want to stick my character into it in a RP or something.

Draclicorns: Special features:
-Wings: Alicorn like wings, but the feathers have tiny scales that give them a jeweled, metallic look.
-Horns: Start of as normal nubs, but have a small tuft of furry scales around them, that forms a crown of small, soft spines as they get older.
-Fur: Coat, mane, and tail are composed of silky, dragon scales [replacing the keratin that normal hair is made of.]
-Draclicorn infants have milk fangs, and are able to breathe fire; eat gems [need gem dust as a dietary supplement as babies similar to baby dragons. and have opposable digits like a dragon. Can have or not have spines down the back [recessive trait].
[Jasmine [female] and [undecided] as of this fic.]
Jasmine: Purple coat. TailXMane is a rose / amethyst pink [like Rainbow Dash's eyes] with an indigo stripe [Pinkie's Manefro style]. Golden eyes. Wings are indigo with pink tips. female.
The other one is a boy: Cobalt Blue coat. TailXMane is rainbow hued [a mix of Scoots, Dash's, and DT's style]. Deep, piercing blue eyes [a mix of Luna's and Pinkie Pie's eye color. With a hint of Rarity's.].
DracoChangelicorns: Same as Draclicorns, but with Changeling holes, and Queen horns. Wings are more transparent and look like a mix between feathery stained glass and semi-opaque metal.
Ponlings: Have Changeling wings, and horns [if one of the parents is Pegasus [or could like Ms. Cake give birth to a pony that would be a pegasus] then the wings would be more feathery, giving it a look of living glass [colored like normal wings would, or even a mix of colors]. Some even have holes in their body like a Changeling, but that's a recessive trait [like Draclicorn spines].

The rest are carrying Sweetie Belle's children. [suck at math so I don't know how to divide 19 among them] that among them. The remainder though would be spread among Apple Bloom, and Scootaloo [who have Cutie Marks for serving / pleasing Sweetie Belle]. Thinking on it though that might be a fun fic to write.

I liked: 1-4, 6, and 10.
5, 12: I can see them picking a two parter name. With Dash making a list of the most epic mix of words she could think of. With Scoots also trying to think of an epic sounding name. (After all why should their children have a looser / lame name.), or all of the Sweetie's wives getting them to give it a sane-ish two parter. Oh and one needs Rainboom/Rainbow/Dash in there somewhere.
The rest of the names ... Just not feeling it. And too many one part-names. But the ones I liked. They are now canon

As for EQG. If they have magic (whatever style, school of thought, AU (grrlpowercomic; elgoonishshive; Harry Potter; etc. Style of magic) and they have Alchemy. Then yes, it would be fully translatable.
Although she wouldn't turn Alicorn-human, until she had sex with all of the Mane 6. Whose magic would turn her into an Alicorn form ... then sexual world domination

Well neat that you chose those names. Other ones, I really wasn't on the ball and just pulling out random. Cheerilee's would have to be something 80's so that's why I picked "Neon" because of the patterns they would always associate with that decade. Maybe "Hoofloose?" Something that came from the 80's... or you call them "Nostalgia" where it's kind of a more brainy name than "Fantasia" and it's to the point.
Luna and Celestia should be easy but for some reason it contains research as well. So, Artemis, goddess of the moon in greek mythology can be another one. "Sarenna" has something to do with the moon too because I watched Sailor Moon a bit as a kid. Names for Celestia's kid kind of hit me in a snag so I just threw out Sunny as a first guess. Though its the name of one of my characters but since its Japanese, people might not see it as a pony name though it can be. "Hinata" meaning "Towards the sun" or "Sunflower" or you could use Sunflower.
Everything else would be alright with me. Just wondering about the EqG part because I was wondering if SB can pork Sunset Shimmer too.

As for Celestia, since there names are latin, I can see her carrying on that tradition a little bit, so what do you think of:
