This story is a sequel to Healing Smiles: Genesis
Pinkie Pie has never thought that one day, she would turn out to be a legendary healer-mage. As she begins to discover and tame her new-old abilities, a corrupted member of her order assaults Canterlot with an army of dark creatures and takes over the throne. Crying fills the once joyful Equestria, while their new ruler finds delight in the suffering of his subjects.
Pinkie Pie is the only one who has the power to heal the destruction of this tyrant, and she devotes herself to keep ponies from losing their hope. However, she has to ask herself, "How will you keep smiling in a world fallen into despair?"
The reading of the prequel (1.5k words) is optional, and is summarized in the first chapter.

So, you gave Pinkie Pie DBZ powers to fight your cardboard gary stu.

4343726 Pinkie Pie doesn't have dragon-ball powers at all, her healing spell isn't destructive like kamehame (it looked like one here for special reasons, but that's not how her healing normally works). And the main villain is not a gary stu. I'm telling everything from Pinkie Pie's limited POV, and because of that I can't tell all the information about her abilities or Agony now, but things will be revealed as the story progresses.
Maybe it was early to submit to Twilight's Library. I'll resubmit again (if it's okay), when I have more explanation revealed.

Since when the simple fact of defeating the princesses mean Gary Stu/Marry Sue? If we go this way, then every character in every story that ever defeated a princess is a Gary Stu/Mary Sue, which is nonsense. Every character has times when they succeed, other times when they fall. A Gary Stu/Marry Sue is a character that always succeeds with little to no effort.
Based on this chapter it's impossible to state that Agony is Gary Stu for two reasons:
1)This is only the first chapter of like fifteen, and even here your knowledge is limited on what Pinkie knows. You simply don't have enough knowledge to state that Agony will always succeed. (Heck, you don't even know why he could defeat the princesses the first time. What if he is secretly Discord? What if he is Starswirl the Bearded who time traveled and has spent the last 20 years with nothing else but collecting power for this single coup and now he used up all of it? What if there is an artifact that renders the princesses' power to almost nothing and Agony had it under the mist covering him? You know little to nothing because Pinkie Pie knows little to nothing, and I intended it this way, because I don't like stories where everything is told upfront to the reader. )
2)So far we have seen him doing one thing and he even didn't succeed in that. From the moment Pinkie opposed him, he showed a clear visage of meeting with something he didn't expect and decided to flee. All what we know is that Pinkie observes that the Princesses are not breathing, I never said they are actually dead.
