Rainbow Dash, Rarity and Fluttershy travel to the frozen north of Equestria and there, they encounter King Sombra. Armed with new abilities, they proceed to do battle with him. However, even with their new powers, they still have trouble with engaging him directly, with the kind of power he possesses. Rainbow Dash, being the Element of Loyalty, fights stronger than all the others and goes all out to protect her friends. However, even this is not enough to defeat King Sombra, and he eventually pins Rainbow Dash down and kills her. All seems lost, but then suddenly, Rainbow Dash stands up once more.
Note: This is actually a part of another fic that I was writing, but I have since scrapped it. This scene is what inspired me to write it in the first place. I like this part so much that I decided to make it a small, independent story. Enjoy.

I'm not gonna lie I kinda just skimped through this really quickly, because I've seen the fight between Ichigo and Ulquiorra so many times. Still very good narration however.
This kinda reminded me of Goku going super saiyan and beating the shit out of Frieza.
Hmm... I like it. I don't like Super Rainbow Dash (Blocked on dA), but I like this. Reminds me of the final duel between Setsuna F. Seiei (GN-0000+GNR-010/XN 00 XN Raiser) and Ribbons Allmark (CB-0000G/C Reborns Gundam) in Gundam 00 season 2.

If that is the case (and it is), then why exactly did Rainbow Dash feel bad about hurting Sombra as badly as she did?
