After the incident with Hoity Toity, Rarity spiraled into a deep depression. Her friends try everything they do to help her, but everything they do seems to worsen their friendship. She becomes bitter with her friends, and thinks of deciding to move hoping to become star with true friends.
Can the girls help Rarity and save their friendship, or will they lose their friend the element of generosity?

I got to admit I've gotten bit by the romantic bug and to make sure I don't unnecessarily try to force it into my other stories (you know, instead of possibly something blooming naturally), I've decided to create a story where my trashy, shipping ideas and junk can be put into words (you know, outside the non-serious Applejack Harem one. Basically its a cupcakes follow up in which I explore the life after the 'disappearance' of Rainbow dash and 'The party' Which pinkie has installed.

When Rainbow Dash ran away from home after a nasty break up with Gilda, she winds up in Ponyville where her childhood friend Fluttershy now lives. She tries to live a quiet life and enjoy the new found freedom, but inevitably her past will catch up to her when she makes it into the national newspaper. Now Rainbow has to make a difficult choice. Does she go home and pretend this adventure never took place, or does she stay with the woman of her dreams? But even if she does stay, who will she choose: an old crush and the sweetest girl she has ever met, or a new flame of competition and lust?
