It seems like a curse.

Wallflower is living a peaceful life in the big city. It is a place of comfort for her. A place for her to grow. But the place she has chosen is expensive and requires another person to help pay for the rent and utilities. It wouldn't be a problem for her except that every six months when the lease needs to be renewed, the roommate leaves for one reason or another and they never speak to her again. It has been like this for the past couple of years for Wallflower. The constant loneliness and stress of being abandoned. She needs a friend that she can be important for. One who would help her and make her feel wanted. Alas, it feels pointless for Wallflower to try. Everyone she knows eventually leaves her.

Then one night, Wallflower decides to go out and just relax. Enjoy the coming summer. It was during this night that she bumps into Sunset Shimmer, an old friend she hasn't talk to in a while. Turns out Sunset has been displaced and is looking for a place to stay.

So Wallflower offers her place to stay for the summer. But with each month that passes by, the two of them grow closer together. Will Wallflower be able to keep Sunset when the inevitable happens and they are forced apart? Will they be able to upgrade their relationship to something beyond just friends? Is there a way for Wallflower to break this curse?

Only time will tell.

Last night, Bon Bon did something stupid.

But that’s nothing new, really. She does something stupid every week, and Lyra Heartstrings knows this begrudgingly well.

Lyra never imagined she’d have to defend her besieged house from Royal Guards, though.

Don't read this. Just don't. This story is in more crack than the entire state of California.

In this heist story, Starlight Glimmer gets her hooves on someone else's idea and runs with it.

This story is not a parody of Winston's "The Clever One." This story is a parody of writing a parody of Winston's "The Clever One." Totally different concept.

Thematic crossover. Knowledge of source material unnecessary, but welcome.

"Dear Ditzy,

Sorry I haven't written to you in a while. I know you haven't been at peace since you moved out. How's the kid? Is Carol City treating you alright?

Moving there might have been a mistake. I doubt you can get much work there nowadays. But don't worry, I found something perfect for you. There's a nice place over at 45 Starling Avenue, waiting for a delivery. You'll need to wear something discreet. It's in the package I included with this letter.

Hope you have a great time!

Hugs and kisses,

THE GORE TAG IS HERE FOR A REASON. THIS IS ON PAR WITH THE GAMES. It probably gets old faster, though.

Thematic crossover with the Hotline Miami game series. This story employs soundtrack links in the chapters. They occasionally break.

Things will get messy. Jacket will not have sex with the main protagonist.

Collaboration with Dark Avenger. Special thanks to several other people who aren't really here at Fimfiction.

Written for the Equestria at War Writing Competition!

Coal Coke's war ended ten years ago, when the Great War itself ended. He'd served his time, and gone home, still in one piece.

Well, mostly one piece. Physically, anyways.

But, when a particular case begins to bring back memories he'd hoped he had buried, Coal has to balance a deteriorating mind, and painful echoes of the past if he is to solve the murder of a local Celestian Priest in his hometown of Manehattan.

This fic, is about a fan of Hazbin Hotel, who made his own Alastor costume for halloween in New Orleans. Unfortunately he never got to go trick or treating, because he ordered the final piece of his costume from the merchant.

Warning: story includes content that may be uncomfortable for some readers.

Disclaimer: I do not own my little pony, the Alastor character, or the art within the story.

I'm mostly making this story because some people (you know who you are) have not written many stories like this, that feature the Hazbin Hotel franchise. So I must take it upon myself to pave the way for more of its kind. I do believe that this may be one of my best works, I’m gonna be working really hard on this. I hope you enjoy.

Enjoy my story, and please give it a like, and follow me for more content on my other stories.

Sometimes it's easier to forget out pasts than deal with our problems. Sometimes its easier to ignore what we want, to accept that everything's been done and our dreams are impossible. When our worlds come crashing down in front of us, sometimes it's easier to simply forget, to distract, to pretend.
