A few weeks after being freed of Nightmare Moon's influence, Luna has been slowly regaining her power, and returning to her proper duties. Tonight, she's ready to go back to full-time dreamwalking. But dreams are funny things, and Luna's been out of practice long enough to forget some important details.

This is my first fan-fic, and my first time posting anything anywhere online, so please be kind.

(Displaced ) I liked the Pokémon that was in Ash's team in the XY series. Goodra was a sweet, lovable. And one power house to go up against. But it's not all I liked about it. But now I am one! It's not that bad, I mean I'm a Pokémon and look cute... Thing is, from where I stand now. Not a lot of life can be seen. Guess a little help with water will turn it around... Better start then.

The biggest strength is found in numbers: it's a timeworn fact that's been proven time and time again. Brothers and sisters in arms to cover you, drag you to safety, to save your life.

But sometimes, personalities break that strength down with things like pride, boastfulness, and greed. For a small group of hunters dispatched to kill a Silver Rathalos in a vibrant, saturated forest, it nearly causes them to fail their quest. Black Paint has become really close to his friend, Fluttershy, over the past few years. In fact, she's the only pony in all of Equestria to whom he's trusted his darkest secret: he's a lycan, a pony who can freely change between equine and lupine forms. They've become so close that he's beginning to wonder if they really should be more than friends. However, he's afraid to let her know how he feels about her. On the night of the Grand Galloping Gala, which is the same day as Hearts and Hooves Day, he begins to lower his defenses and open his heart to her. Unfortunately, more secrets than his love for her are spilled in the process.
