It has been over one thousand years since the alicorns went extinct. Well, not truly extinct.

The centaur known as Tirek was led to Skyros by the Alicorn of Fire, and soon, Skyros fell, and with it, all of the alicorns within.

One alicorn who escaped hid himself from the world. He believed all of his fellow alicorns save for Opaline to be dead. Only now is he visited by a stranger who will prove him wrong. One who knows far more than she should.

There’s a concept that is somewhat important to this story that I couldn’t find a good place to insert, so I’ll just explain the concept here:

Once every few generations, a special unicorn is born. These unicorns are called “Flares” for the tendency for their magic to flare up randomly as they grow up. While other unicorn foals can have magic flares (like Pumpkin Cake for example), a true flare is marked by magical power that flares up and stays up once they get their cutie mark.

During times leading up to great strife, the gaps between the births of flares would close. In fact, if threat was great enough, the gap between the births of unicorn flares could be as little as one year. If you were to measure the gaps between flare births, you could pretty accurately predict when the next threat is to occur (although Celestia, was really the only one paying attention and already knew about the return of Nightmare Moon)

Over the course of G4, we’ve become aware of not one, not two, but six unicorn flares: Twilight Sparkle, Starswirl the Bearded, Clover the Clever, Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, and Luster Dawn.

And there are equivalents for pegasi and earth ponies, but they are much rarer

Shining Armor endures the typical and everyday trials of dealing with an infant daughter as he attempts to simply feed her, play with her, and put her down with a nap. However as the day goes on he finds his mind drifting off and his curiosity is piqued by small things like "what does baby food taste like?" and "how fun could these toys really be?"

Off and on with dealing with portals of other worlds with scary and friendly entities for the past few years a special group of creatures pops up that every pony hopes aren't are new allies in friendship this time.

A series of one-shots of ponies meeting the beings known as pokemon ensues. Mostly fluff pieces that came to my mind though you can request what ponies meet what pokemon and how if you want.

She flees into the night, hurt and afraid. On she runs until she collides with a classmate who takes her in. Though confused, she gradually overcomes her inner barriers with a little help.

The flames of conflict in Kiria may be extinguished, but what happens after the ash has settled?

That was a question that was left for kirins like Skywell to answer. Three years after the Realm's victory in the Kirian Civil War, the young officer-turned-architect is sent on his first major project in the former rebel city of Chrysanthemum. The project is a simple one: reconstruct several smoldering city blocks that could truly represent the new embers of modernity that Kiria is taking. The project is almost prepared for groundbreaking and the bulldozers are revved up.

That is, until a petitioner arrived in Skywell's office.

This story is a sequel to The Darkest Hour

One year has passed since Nightmare Moon's tyranny has bested. Our Septet of heroes have spent this time saving the day, beating the bad guys, and otherwise rebuilding Equestria from the ground up. All seemed well until the storm hit, and the fleet followed. Now, our heroes must rally together once more to weather the oncoming storm. New allies, new villains, and a King of the Mountains sat above it all.

Combine that with Stargazer's recently strange behavior, and we are in for quite the bumpy ride. There is always more than meets the eye. The Darkest Hour may have passed. But that did not mean the nightmare was over.

After Trixie dies, Starlight resorts to alcohol and shuts her self in Trixie’s wagon. When Twilight and the others have to go on a trip to save Equestria once again, Starlight wanders around the town drunk till a few ponies take her home and help her.

Twilight was trying to use a spell that could open a portal for her to visit the human world without using the mirror. But rather than a portal, she accidentally summons Ben Tennyson and his partner Rook Blonko instead. it couldn't be a worse time because they're facing a crisis. Until they can get home, Ben and Rook will make new friends and explore this new world as three familiar enemies plan to strike back at them, (This takes place in between Seasons 6 and 7 and during Season 8 of Omniverse.

Romance will happen at one point so Ben will be aged two years older than he was in the original show.
