Aria is not a normal mare. She was born physically male, therefore is perceived to be a stallion by her family. She has to make life work for her, but life doesn't seem to volunteer itself to assist her.

Ruling a nation on the brink of collapse is a stressful job, and nopony knows that better than Princess Platinum. With the pressure of a starving kingdom and fraying relationships with the Pegasus tribes, she has little option other than to seek the advice of her best friend and, perhaps, to take the first step to save everypony.

Freshly founded, news of Ponyville spreads through a still developing country, drawing other earth ponies and some pegasi to join the effort. One of these families happens to have fur on their wings, and the slit eyes of predators. They ain't right.

A writer named Pen Name sits alone in his study, trying to come up with a new story to write. However, no matter how many times he tries to write something down, he still finds himself staring at a blank page. It's writer's block, and Pen Name knows he has it bad. Why can't he write a story down? Is it simply because of what happened to him?

A week has passed since the Friendship Journal was published. After all the insanity that came with it, most of the Mane 6's lives have returned to normal...save for Pinkie.

She hates all the attention she's gotten from it, even if she really is "the Funny One". Desperate to get all those annoying fans in her mane, she comes to one solution. It will be horrible and maybe even painful, but it has to be done. Hopefully, it works.

Devin Hall, a former human of sound mind is randomly catapulted into the magical world of Equis in an unfamiliar body. Hopefully with some help, he will be able to find a way home or at least adjust to this new world filled with magic and sorcery. However, during his stay in Equestria he is asked to help out the nation with one of it's most important matters to date. Unfortunately, this is much easier said than done.

This is a HIE story that I just wanted to write the first chapter to. If it gains some momentum, I will continue to add chapters. Rated T for cursing and implied sexual situations. Rating may change depending on feedback.
