This has been quite a journey for me with how much of myself I've been putting into writing this story. As of this blog, we are now at the halfway point with 25 chapters up. Have you been enjoying it so far? I'd love to hear from ya, especially if we have any of you out there who read the original and are liking the changes I've made so far in this rewrite.
So I'm sure a lot of you have heard of My Little Mages. Well I think it looks really cool and was thinking of doing a story based in that universe. If anyone would like to do a colab with me on it tell me. Here is the long description of the story.
Well it's been a bit since I made a blog post. So much has happened. Particularly my recovery from my injuries early last year is still ongoing, though most of what remains is regaining the strength lost while I was immobile. It's amazing how quickly muscles atrophy.
Hey, everyone. Been a while, hasn't it? Especially concerning any news whatsoever on pretty much...any story of mine, really.
The pandemic has been hard for us all, especially for me. I have virtually no energy for writing anymore because of how depressing everything is and how isolated and imprisoned I always feel because of how stupid people are about taking the disease seriously.
But that's not why we're here right now.
So I haven't posted anything in a while, and it's been a bit since Blue Mage got an update. Trust me, I have a very good reason...
Well, mostly. I have the whole rewrite done except for one last glance to make sure the idea flow correctly.
I'm hoping to be able to post a chapter a day until it's all up and that's what I'll keep to as long as nothing goes wrong.
As for the previous version, I'll probably take it down after a couple days since I plan for this to be my cannon version.
I've gone and added notes for the following chapters in Eidolons of Harmony so that I can expand on the skills and magic that the girls are using.
The battlefield is set. Two opponents facing each other, none of them willing to back away from the fight. In the newest chapter, the first magic blows are struck.
The Blue Mage, sequel to Child of Misery is up. I've already got several chapters written so I will be posting them fairly steadily at first. Though MS Word doesn't work so well copy and paste... I have to go through the entire chapter fixing the formatting when I go to post it so I'll have to find time for that. If anyone knows a trick to get Word docs to copy over with correct formatting, that would be very helpful.

The mass of the Sun is... 1.989 × 10^30 kg. 4.18 nonillion pounds
The moon is a giant Rock with that kinda mass you would need to have a huge amount of magic in your mana pool just to even raise that thing alone not counting how hard you got to concentrate on making sure you don't break it with the force your using.

As some of you may recall, around December last year I put up a rough poll regarding story ideas. I am a bit ashamed it took me almost a year to write even one of the story ideas, but I found myself in a bit of a drought part way through the year. Sometimes it was simply a lack of free time, sometimes it was a lack of creativity.
The last chapter of Elixir Master has now been posted! Everyone who was waiting for the whole story to be published can now jump in at their leisure. I hope everyone who has read the story enjoyed it, and those intending to read it, I hope you enjoy it in the future! Thanks, everyone!
