From maintenance and construction, to nursing, to farming, to even having an illustrious guard of their own, the Hive is way more advanced then anypony had ever realized. Delve into the inner gears that make this hive-like society so powerful in the rough desert region of its homeland.

Well, for one particular changeling commander-as it turns out-his Queen was counting on him with one job: guard the Elements of Harmony.

What if Spike was never born into a lifestyle filled with ponies? What if he was raised as a dragon? What if he stumbles upon our favorite little bunch of ponies?

He finds out the hard way.

Don't ask where the Romance tag comes into play.

A sort of 'what if' story I thought up of. Let's just assume everything in the show went completely fine and according to story, except Spike wasn't there. Experimenting with first person fiction, be gentle. Tags added as they come. Also, the picture may not seem so, but he does have wings in the story. Just thought I would point that out.

When Rainbow Dash messes up Twilight's work it doesn't end well. The mistake is so big that the two friends switch bodies while arguing who has to work more. With a difficult time in each others places they realize that they were both wrong. When the other ponies switch too it gets to be a major problem. But they have some trouble turning back.

Celestia has fought many powerful foes. Nightmare Moon. Discord. Chrysalis. But she has only ever feared one. When the nightmare from her foalhood returns for the lives of her pupil and her pupil's friends, what will Celestia do? Will she rescue the Mane 6 from a premature demise? Can she?

"A Canterlot Wedding" from a changeling's perspective.

[Because there has to be a 10^6th time it's done. Written for EQD's Flash Fanfiction Event #2 - "Write a fic about the military or war or something", but I missed the deadline. Also, first MLP fanfic I ever finished.]

A new pony in town, Midnight Shadow, has a secret. A secret that has kept him traveling throughout equestria for most of his life. His life gets a bit complicated when he reveals his powers to Twilight Sparkle.

After a intense magical accident, some of the Everfree's most feared creatures finally declare an attack on the changeling queen. The results are disastrous and are meet by banishing 23 hatch lings. Now will this rag tag group of changelings be able to tough out the worst of the Everfree and finally find a place called home?

NOTE: This is written in the real time flow, but the journal will capture his history, while his is also moving real time.
These are unedited for the most part, so I will try to edit them within a few days, while writing more.

The second story in my Halfling Chronicles. Changelings make a second attack on Canterlot and Midnight is taken back to the hive. While there he learns some things about the Changeling race and his family.
