Zipp was used to odd things happening to her. She had grown up with her sister in Zephyr Heights and Pipp was a drama queen who made the simplest task an impossible hurdle. She helped out at the Brighthouse nearly every day with her friends and they were odd. Magic coming back to Equestria shouldn't phase her since she finally got to fly around and finally use her wings like she always dreamed of doing.

Magic coming back should be a net positive. But waking up as a batpony when you didn't expect to would ruin anypony's day. And that was before she realized that the yearly Zephyr Heights Spooktacular was today. This was not her day and, for once, she was understanding why Pipp worried about the smallest of setbacks.

Twilight has roped her friends into organizing her new library, luckily for them Discord comes along to say hello. When he realizes he's never told them about his old friends on the Enterprise D Discord decides it's time for a road trip, to take the mane 6 where no pony has gone before.

Crystal Clarity, Anthea and Amber Lily all run into each other in Canterlot and have a conversation at a park.

I'm trying to get used to writing Claire since I'm planning out a story bout her pretty soon, and decided to bring Annie and Amber along for the ride.

A land in which the rulers do nothing but eat cake and sit on their butts, their guards are more incompetent than a toddler, the police are non-existent and a group of 6 teenagers enforces local law and order in the entire country.

Because upkeeping a police force costs money. Money that would end up not being spent on cake. And no ruler can rule without cake. Especially not if they have a sun on their butt.

Or if they're called Marie Antoinette, but that's a different story...
