Rainbow dash and her friends see a comet fly out of the sky. Rainbow dash is closest to the comet and investigates. When she finds out that the comet is a filly, or other wise known as someone she is close to, she reacts quickly and takes the filly in without telling her friends. Now Rainbow dash is going to have to keep this big secret from everypony!(including Pinkie Pie!) She also has to keep the little filly from being found out or at least pretend she doesn't know the filly.
Boy, this is going to be a long ride.

Maybe I'll continue. It depends on how many views, likes, and dislikes this gets. For now I'll put it on hiatus.

This story is a sequel to Friends and Family

A sequel to "Friends and Family" set a couple of months after the end of the first chapter.

Rainbow Dash loves being a member of the Apple Family. She loves having sisters and a brother and a grandmother who are there for her when she needs them. She loves everything about it...except for talking about it in front of others. When it comes to her family she doesn't want to brag. But at the same time she's the Element of Loyalty and can't exactly keep it a secret from her best friends as it isn't fair to them. She makes the decision to tell everypony at Twilight's latest slumber party seems to be the perfect opportunity for such; that is if she can work up the nerve to do so.

Rainbow Dash suffers a personal loss with the death of her parents and feels alone in the world. Her friends don't really understand her situation an she's not very inclined to explain it. However a certain farm pony isn't taking the matter at face value and doesn't feel inclined to leave her friend alone, regardless of what has to be done.

Rainbow Dash is a headstrong, athletic pony who is utterly faithful to her friends and doesn't keep any secrets from them. Or so she pretends. Yet a surprise visit from Twilight Sparkle is about to blow the secret wide open, and the multi-hued pegasus will find out just how strong their friendship is.

Note: This story was written in the week following the airing of "May The Best Pet Win", and well before "Read It and Weep" was even known about. As such it haws since been overtaken by canon, but most folk tend to like it still so I will upload it here so I have a bit of a presence on FIMfiction beyond "lurker #347,921".

This story also includes "The Unrelated Epilogue" which is a mini-story based on a loose bit in the main one that I felt did not stand on its own, but that I wanted up nonetheless. It has Luna, but not RD or TS.

Rainbow Dash confides in Twilight Sparkle on a secret. Little does she know, Fluttershy has a secret of her own. When secrets are revealed, everypony's life turns around for the better and the worse.

When Spectra Hue is relocated from her job on the Manehatten Weather Team, she gets move to Ponyville where she will continue her occupation. There, she meet her new boss, Rainbow Dash. Being two similar looking ponies, they question each other. Soon to find out they are cousins and never knew. But with Spectra's deep dark secret, she has been hiding it for years. She decides to reveal her secret to her cousin in trust. Rainbow Dash isn't to happy with Spectra's past life. Therefore some tension grows between the newly reunited cousins.

[Set in a dark alternate universe where Rainbow never met Scootaloo]

Rainbow Dash has a secret, a secret she had been keeping since she first started at flight camp. Now, that secret has come back to haunt her in the form of a broken and bloody orange filly, a filly she abandoned almost eight years ago. Now she is trying everything in her power to correct that mistake and be the mother Scootaloo was meant to have, but can she ever get her daughter to see her as anything but the monster who abandoned her.

Now, Rainbow Dash has to go on a journey. A journey of self-discovery. A journey of a thousand unanswered questions.

Oh, and there's an ancient alicorn tomb and a closely guarded secret that'll change the history of Equestria forever, but that's just another day in the life of Daring Do.

Twilight's library is chock full of books. And her life along with all of her friends are about to be turned upside down. When she stumbles across a secret area in her library she never knew existed, she finds an old book along with a letter hidden in the pages. Now Twilight and her friends set out on a journey to find six more ponies who come from the country that neighbors Equestria from the East. Alamante. The land of elements and a place where everypony has a unique gift over one of the six elements of nature. Wind, fire, ice, plasma, water, and earth.

Once found, Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie must learn to use the Elements of Harmony and combine them with the forces of the six Elements of Nature. Join up with Twilight and her gang along with Typhoon, Terra, Agua, Gem, Pyro, and Cryo as they work together to try and save Equestria from an evil force thought to be gone, and learn a friendship lesson none of them ever thought imaginable.

While practicing transformation spells, Twilight accidentally hits Spike, temporarily trapping him in a colt's body. While Twilight tries finding the solution to turn Spike back, he has to learn about his new body, and a new bit of information from Applebloom that might change his life for years to come.

(Note: This is a story I wrote quite some time ago, and was originally published in full on DA a little over a year ago. Also, as a heads up, I know the first three chapters aren't exactly very high quality, they were written and published on DA before my editor became a brony and I was more comfortable sending him my stuff. The chapters after that though (4 and onward) are in better quality, I can promise that. Also, this is set around mid-season 2, to kinda understand why certain factors were left out.)
