I have heard ponies say that living so long would be a curse. That it is a burden. That it can break a pony's mind. There is some truth to that. It can be hard to know that you'll always be left behind as others pass on. However, that is not the whole truth, I am also blessed. I have an opportunity to see history play out in front of me and tell future generations of the ponies behind the legends.

The world is a much different place than it was a thousand years ago. Pegasi played a huge role in the world and way of life around the country, as well as formed of the most popular past times. Unicorns were still as noble and deceiving as ever depending on their up bringing, but the amount of scholars in there midst have dwindled alarmingly. And Earth Ponies....they were no longer dirt on the hooves of those higher than them. They were nobles, busniess ponies, preformers, or critically acclaimed engineers that helped run today's transportation.

Being intrested in the Earth Pony's rise from poverty and into an equal light, Luna removes herself from duty temporarly and places herself in the care the one of the most trustworthy earth ponies she knows for the length of a year to help her learn the ways of the earth pony to help better understand them. Poor Applejack isn't quite sure what she is getting herself into when she agrees...

After finding her assistant missing again during her court duties, Twilight finds Spike with none other then Fluttershy and learns that the two have been a couple for a while. After overcoming her shock, she is told the story of how the two, unexpectedly, found comfort in each others embrace...

She hatched him. She raised him. When Twilight invites her mother to the castle on Mother's Day, she expects to please her mother, and give her a thanks for all she's done. And little does she know...
she deserves one too.

With Twilight away in Canterlot, Spike is left to his own devices. But Ponyville isn't the busiest of towns and before long, boredom begins to creep.

So to cheer himself up he decides to go spend time with his friends. Five stalwart companions whom he has known through thick and thin.

But Spike soon begins to realise that really, those are Twilight's friends. Not his.

In fact he starts to wonder whether, since he moved to Ponyville, he's actually made any friends at all...

Princess Cadence is a lonely filly who has been shielded and protected all her life as a princess and member of the dwindling race of Sacred Alicorns. There she hopes to finally have the freedom she longs for and find somepony to be her friend. Instead, she is asked to foal sit for one of her aunt's royal adviser's fillies who may just be as lonely and reclusive as she.

This is the story of how Princess Cadence learns that the ability to give love cannot be complete without finding love for yourself, and sometimes it is found when you least expect it.

While teaching Spike math one afternoon, Twilight comes up with a solution of 'sixty-nine'. Spike can't stop laughing enough to tell her what's so funny, so she's going to find out.

Oh, she will find out.
