Twilight has never handled stress very well.

Over the years, she's found ways to cope, and her anxiety attacks and breakdowns haven't been nearly as bad as they used to be, but they still exist.

It takes a lot more for her to reach her breaking point, but when you throw, old enemies, political strife, and blood thirsty invaders from another dimension into the mix all in the same week, that's when enough is enough.

A new and unexpected threat arises, and it's enough to push Twilight Sparkle over the edge. The new Princess calls out for an end to the madness, and Magic returns her call by bringing the arcane might of the mage to bear.

The mysterious forces that have invaded Equestria will soon realize that Tartarus hath no fury like the Element of Magic.

WARNING: This story contains gratuitous amounts of OP Twilight doing OP magical things. If that isn't your cup of tea, leave now. You've been warned.

Luna has hidden a deep, dark secret from the ponies she watches over so lovingly. Were they to discover it, she can only imagine what it would do to the image they now hold of her. Twilight thinks it's just precious and plans to uncover it once and for all.

In the aftermath of the changeling invasion and the royal wedding, Twilight Sparkle loses herself in recollection. Celestia cannot rest either, and the two share their feelings over a Canterlot night.

This story takes place before S3 E13 “Magical Mystery Cure”.

A rainy evening was threatening to spoil the view of a dazzling annual meteorite storm, but one lucky pony was going to be given an opportunity to see the spectacular event and also come to appreciate somepony special in a new light.

As the newest Princess in Equestria, Twilight Sparkle discovers that there are new experiences to be had. As she learns about her new body, she discovers a certain element shared by pegasus ponies. Wings.

With the help of Princess Luna, she embarks on a noble quest to discover what a wingboner truly is, and just what kind of information it relays to other ponies.
                   
This story is a cute, silly TwiLuna one shot. Set just after Twilight's ascension at the end of season 3.
Be prepared for wingboners, silliness and plenty of Tuna.

In this behind-the-scenes explanation of the Mare in the Moon incident, follow Nightmare Moon and Princess Luna as they encounter strange, artificial beings from another world. A Portal 2 crossover. Contains two stories:

Of Cores and the Alicorn: After what seems like an eternity, Wheatley and Nightmare Moon cross paths and discuss their respective exile in space.

Guerrilla Corefare: Nightmare Moon is free, but the magical accident that released her did more than just send her back to Equestria. Now, from behind the scenes, Luna exploits Nightmare's newfound weakness in order to sabotage the plans for eternal night.

Note: As older stories (in fact, written before the debut of Season 2), these are fairly amateurish, relatively speaking, and contain speculative-at-the-time characterization for Luna. With the exception of a few minor edits, however, they have been submitted in their original forms for posterity's sake. This isn't Airstrip One, after all, and I don't work for the Party.

Wheatley, Rick, The Space Core, and The Fact Core are offered by GLaDOS to be returned home, if the defectives can manage to make contact with alien life on the planet they are on a collision course with. Of course, things can only go right. After all, Wheatley is in charge of the mission. And it's only natural for chunks of talking metal to fall from the sky in Equestria. At least they've got each other. If that can be considered good... well, that's debatable.
