This story is a sequel to The Arrival of Ford Mustang

It's been over a year since the Arrival of Ford Mustang, a former human being from Earth, now a full-fledged Pegasus in Ponyville, and things have been going really well with him and Rainbow Dash ever since they became a couple nearly a year ago. With their one-year anniversary coming up, Ford decides it's time to pop the question and ask Rainbow for her hoof in marriage. However, an unknown force of darkness rises from the shadowy depths of the earth and achieves his ultimate plan that can not only seal the fate of Equestria, but for the rest of the world as well.

Now, without the aid of the Princesses and the Elements of Harmony, it's up to Ford Mustang and his elderly dragon friend, Hindel, to set things right and stop this monstrous tyrant once and for all. But is Ford up to the daunting task at hand? What kind of allies will he run into along the way? And what is Hindel's connection with the vengeful pony from long ago? Stay tuned for the continuing adventures of Ford Mustang!

The rest of the story is a continuation from the prompt.

Rainbow Dash bumps into Soarin' during a flight session, but the Wonderbolt asks for her help. The two pegasi end up on an adventure to retrieve an object for Spitfire at the edge of Equestria, and on the way find out more about themselves and each other.

Sequel to: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic - Off the Record

Time has passed, and Rainbow Dash has finally gotten her hooves on a spell to free Alex from his stone imprisonment, through her work as a Captain of the Royal Guard.

During that time, she's made enemies, and she's made mistakes that she only hopes she can be forgiven for. But, Finally, she gotten a lucky break, and finds the spell she can use to bring Alex back to them.

Now she's ready to resume her old life, no matter what is thrown at her... But, things always tend to get complicated, don't they?

Scootaloo was disheartened to find herself as a participant of this holiday, as she anxiously waits the apology she has wanted to hear...

Rainbow Dash gets a letter from Spit Fire to discuss the opportunity of getting Rainbow on the Wonder Bolts. So in the three months training a slight "more than a friendship" thing comes out between Rainbow and Soarin. Making this really a dream come true.
