A great evil has risen. Again. Equestria is in danger. Again. The Mane Six must face their greatest challenge yet. Again. It's the same old story, told by a thousand writers the world over. A story of gratuitous darkness, of love in the most nonsensical of places, of unimportant side characters pushed into the spotlight by fate. Dark secrets are revealed that change everything. Good characters snap under the pressure. There's a big, climactic finale. Nothing you haven't read dozens of times before.

Let's not alter that formula in any way. In fact, let's kick it into overdrive.

Revived after like 6 years lol.

An inventor with an odd specialty in gears and cogs teleports himself to Equestria many years after Earth is ravaged by death and decay from a nuclear armageddon. He then proceeds to muddle things up with his fancy mathematics and twisted morals.

It's not about the money.

Not all the time.

Sometimes it's about the ponies.

The drastically rich often forget this, as do those who are barely managing to scrap by.

Two such ponies meet and they come to realize that the world isn't as bad and bloodthirsty as they thought, sometimes you just need someone else to help you see things through rose colored glasses.

On a warm summer day, Princess Celestia takes a walk around Ponyville, and meets a rather strange pony.

When Twilight finds a book some advanced spells she can't resist but read it and try to perform them. Unfortunately the spell back fired and turned Twilight back into a filly. Having no memory of her adult life, can her friends find a cure for her? Or will she have to start life over again?

Something is very wrong with Princess Cadance. Everypony close to her knows, except Twilight Sparkle. Something is very wrong with Twilight Sparkle. No pony knows, not even Twilight herself.

One problem lies hidden from the world and the other sits out in the open, invisible.

This is not your traditional shipfic and touches on topics of addiction, recovery and relapse. Additionally, while this was originally written as prompt submissions to the Magic of Love: A Twidance Prompt Collab, they have been expanded upon to give more information.

Elara was a normal girl, had a normal life with a normal dead-end job. After coming home from being fired from her dead-end job, a sudden tear in her reality pulls her into the world that she only saw on a computer screen... Equestria, but not normal Equestria, all the characters are gender-swapped. The colts have no idea how she got there and no idea on how to send her home. So it looks like her life may not be so normal for a while, but will she be in Equestria forever and if so will she be able to find her place among the ponies or be shunned and be an outcast for the rest of her life?

This idea had been brewing for awhile and I don't usually do this kind of thing either, but seems I'm breaking a lot of barriers here, so here it is!

Cogwheel isn't from Equestria. His race is not well known, and vice versa. His superiors are curious, so they have sent him to this strange land to learn and record his findings. What will he learn? How many mistakes will he make?

Cogwheel hails from a steam driven industrial land north of Equestria. His superiors are curious to learn more about the Equestrians, to observe them and to expand their own knowledge. A program was put together, sending volunteers to various parts of the country to learn about it. To learn about its industry, its military, but most importantly, its society.

Thus, Cogwheel our hero, was briefed by a team of Overseers and thrown into this strange world full of colour and new opportunities. He must learn as he goes, discovering for himself what is right and what is wrong, and whether or not the ponies here can be trusted. He will learn as he goes, becoming more integrated in their society as he uncovers new information and continues to work on a report for his Overseers upon his return after an indefinite time period.

This story (unlike others I have written) is not actually a dark story. It is based upon exploration, discovery and the pressure to adapt which is cast onto a pony unfamiliar with this way of life, forcing him to make mistakes and fix them, discovering great (or potentially dangerous) things as he goes.

Big Macinstosh has always been a rather quiet pony. So, naturally, it's a bit hard for him to admit to having a crush on a certain owner of the Carousel Boutique.
