Applebloom and the rest of the Cutie Mark Crusaders have tried everything they can think of to get their cutie marks. But when they are introduced to a certain something called the internet, a whole new world of possibilties opens up for them.

Applejack and Twilight get stuck in the Everfree forest in weird conditions. Will they ever get out?

When shy Princess Cadence is told she has to help out with a fundraiser for school, she isn't quite sure what to think. She doesn't even know if she's good with kids. When she meets her first clients, the studious, firm Sparkles, she really doesn't think much of her new job. But that's only because she hadn't seen their adorable filly.Soon afterwards, she meets Twilight's even more adorable older brother.

To split an Element is a crime against nature. It should be unbreakable. Indivisible. Perfect.

No wonder our world has shattered. Without the glittering illusion of Harmony, we fight with weakened flesh. Our goddess, bathed in fire.
The power of Kings has corrupted all that we hold dear.

And still more danger lies ahead.

You may be wondering what this subsection is, and why there is an annoying title cluttering up your neat and tidy screen. Good question! Under this introduction lies a series of explanatory vignettes from the 'wisest of the wise', Clover the Clever. Each of her spiels attempts to clarify some of the background mechanics of the world of Hexed.
Sometimes she might even answer reader questions.

While hopefully amusing, this section is not necessary for a casual reader. Highly spurious pseudo-science may be included.

Many cutie-mark images were borrowed from the excellent Maximillian Veers, whose gallery appears to have dropped off the face of the interblags. It used to be here. My condolences to his internet family.

Similarly, ZuTheSkunk has devised a wonderful quill vector, and Grendo11 a cloud, both of which I have used and thoroughly abused. They ended up pink, to my eternal shame. Mento2 has a lovely Clover The Clever vector, which I ruthlessly scribbled on, in order to make her green.

Speaking of Clover, she seems to enjoy her images, and has used a couple of screencaps to illustrate points. These are property of Hasbro, their design team, and all their proper affiliates and sub-affiliates. Etcetera ad infinatum.

Anything else was almost certainly the result of a fool attacking Photoshop. There were few survivors.

Twilight Sparkle never was a Unicorn and she didn't even know it.

Rainbow Dash has always been around her friends, never one to abandon them in the face of danger. Even after she joined the Wonderbolts, she never gave up a chance to go and hang out with them. Author's note:
This is my second fan-fic. Rather than the short and sweet nature of my one-shot 'Imagine', I decided to try a multi-chapter story. My fics aren't the best things in the world by any stretch of the imagination, but I had so much fun writing this and I loved the experience. If just one person enjoyed it, then that's a bonus. As for my next project... well, we'll see how the mood takes me. Hopefully I'll write a new fic soon, as I have a looong summer ahead, and I really would love to write another. A Vinyl Scratch x Octavia story where the two Ponies involved don't instantly form a romantic relationship the moment they meet, and instead allows it to grow over time with good old character development.
