“Are they still going at it?” one observer asked in a hushed voice as she entered the room. 

“Yeah, but Celestia’s eyes have been drooping more and more. They’re only down by half a centimeter, but it’s progress. Luna, on the other hoof, hasn’t moved a bit. She just keeps tapping the ground with the same beat. I’ve never seen anything like it,” the guard responded in admiration.

Seeing as there wasn’t anything too different going on, the recent visitor left along with a few others.

And so… the staring contest continued…
