“As Gregor Samsa awoke one morning from uneasy dreams he found himself transformed in his bed into a gigantic insect.”
― Franz Kafka, The Metamorphosis

Here I was, hiking the Appalachian Trail with my service dog, when everyone vanished in the night. Not only that, I've transformed into some bug monster. That...isn't going to help my mental problems very much. Now I got to find a way open up my prescription bottles with hooves. Will I even get more medicine? Is there anyone still around? What about my Grandmother? And I'm pretty sure I can hear stuff screaming and growling in the woods.

Getting home is going to be tough.

Part of the Ponies after People Universe. Rated Dark as this story will be visiting darker topics such as mental illness, death, and other unpleasant things. Illustrations and Cover, by me!

Edited and Pre-read by the wonderful Stahl and Courage. Awesome.

Princess Celestia sets out to reform Queen Chrysalis. Easier said than done.

I've done too much dark and serious stuff with Chrysalis. It's time to have some fun with her playful, snarky side.

Being a human roommate to a pony leads to all sorts of cultural misunderstandings . . but one fundamental proverb remains true.

The captured Changeling sits despondent in the interrogation chair. Looking up, he sees what can only be his interrogator enter the room. A one way glass window holds Celestia and Luna, or at least, that is what the Changeling assumes. The interrogator sits down, rather uncomfortably. Apparently, he has not had much experience in dealing with Changelings; who had? The Changeling surveys his surroundings. Three white walls and one with the mirror and door. A table waits patiently in front of him while a light shines overhead. The Changeling is bound to the chair by his forelegs and wings. A faint humming sound suggests some kind of magic dampening field. The interrogator is an Earth pony, or as the Changeling designation system states, a norm. The interrogator opens his mouth to speak but two green eyes glare him into silence; he is clearly afraid of the Changeling. Overpowering his fear, the interrogator speaks.

Cover art is provided by jjamess10 because he's awesome.

Now with a sequel!

The Changeling Hive is rigid, its ranks and rules unbending. There is one law that stands above all others; the Hive speaks with one voice.

But two changelings dare to speak with their own voices. They dare to defy the Hive in the most incredible way possible.

They crave freedom. Whatever comes next, live or die, they will do it as free changelings.

In a not very distant future, after the end of Friendship is Magic and its replacement by other series, six bronies meet together to remember the good past times.

Inspired by the first chapter of The Last Brony Gets His Wish, by theRedBrony. Done with permission. It's not a crossover though, not even a HiE story. In fact, it has no ponies. Just a one-shot imagining the future of all us, the Bronies, and the future of My Little Pony itself. Hope you like it.

Thanks a lot to Inumaniac for being my proofreader.

There are few rivalries as anti-climactic as the one that exists between Twilight and Trixie, two mares from very far-flung backgrounds. At least, the rivalry exists in Trixie's mind, whereas with Twilight, she just wishes she could get even just a month of being Trixie-free! Now, Trixie has shown up yet again, leaving Twilight to wonder what she could possibly be intruding for this time.

Author's Note

Hello, folks, and welcome. If you're in the mood for some good old fashioned Trixie and Twilight rivalry, then this is for you. This story does ignore that silly event with Trixie begging for forgiveness. Trixie does not beg! She is the Great and Powerful! Right? And she is finally going to get her revenge on Twilight Sparkle... Probably.

So, this one is just for silly fun. And honestly I've been poking at this story for a long time. Easily since I started writing in 2012. It's gone from being a story idea on a long list of ideas, to being half written, to being a full story. I hope you all enjoy!

Artist(s) of the cover art is a frankenstein mix of work from two artists, [redacted]'s Twilight and drewdini's Trixie (and a screencap from the show). Sorry it's so slapdash and amateur! :twilightsheepish:

An obligation-free weekend for Sea Swirl is the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with her stallionfriend Coco Crusoe, and then take a journey across the bottom of a lake.

On a patrol through the White Tail woods, Twilight comes across a dying changeling. Torn between giving up the drone to the guards or leaving it in the inhospitable wilds, Twilight reluctantly takes the drone in. As it awakens she realises that the drone was a blank slate, with no connection, no 'programming' guiding its functions. So Twilight sets out to teach this changeling about the world, one hoof step at a time.

Rated Teen for slightly mature themes involving ethical dilemmas.

If Word Worthy stopped editing for me, I'd likely wind up as a grammar-less hack. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
