When it comes to jobs, not everything lasts forever. Many positions that you find nowadays if you want to work at a government position are temporary. You would be lucky if your contract is extended or if you are brought on as a permanent employee.

Yet, not everyone is kept on and most of the time, employees are either transferred to another department or their contract isn't renewed. As they leave, they try to move on with their lives and try to find work elsewhere.

However, for one employee, moving on and saying goodbye to those he considers his friends is not that simple of a thing to do. Yet, his 'friends' show him that he doesn't have to be that way.

This... was an idea that had been spinning around in my head for sometime that I was unsure whether or not I should write, but finally decided to actually go through with it recently.

I wrote this as a way to test myself in other types of stories as well as an entry in Admiral Biscuit's Not-A-Contest. Yet, it's a bit of a different take on it.

Based on some... unfortunate circumstances that happened to me recently and I thought the best way to overcome what I have been dealing with is writing this. Apologies if it's... not up to my usual standard of quality

The Cutie Mark Crusaders have dealt with all kinds of ponies having trouble finding their true calling in life, but none can compare to the special request they receive from Princess Twilight Sparkle herself, or the shock they receive on discovering who it is: Fizzlepop Berrytwist, possibly the most hated and feared pony in generations. Can a pony who's spent most of her life rejecting her true calling possibly find it now? Can the Cutie Mark Crusaders help a pony who almost everypony else in Equestria has rejected?

Man, a lot of stuff happens in this story. Spike ODs on cocaine, Twilight has to revive him, somepony gets murdered, Gilda is a baker now I think, the CMC beat up Diamond Tiara, and there's a gryphon pimp named Pussycat McGee. Oh also Rick Sanchez briefly shows up for some reason. An exceedingly dumb collab with TheRedBrony, created after a drunk/high agreement to create such a monstrosity at BronyCon.

Once upon a time, a long time ago, TheRedBrony wrote a story I really liked.

Once again, Princess Twilight Sparkle has awoken Ponyville, her tantrum dishevelling her whole library. A question keeps bothering her nights and she craves to find the answer. Yet, nopony but one particular buck can mend her titillated mind.
