Sunset Shimmer hasn't been sleeping well lately. She doesn't remember her dreams very well when she wakes, but what she does remember is always the same.
She's back in Equestria. Only Equestria is very different from how she left it. The Palace is deserted. The land is a bizarre, twisted, candy coated version of what she remembers. The night never seems to end. And there's something in the dark... Something that laughs and sings, but it's somehow more frightening than the bizarre landscape ever could be.
When Sunset is awake, it's the start of a new year at CHS. The Fall Formal is just around the corner, but she has other things on her mind. Will she discover the truth about her dreams? Or will Halloween bring with it tricks and treats that make her Nightmare Night memories seem pleasant by comparison?

After the strange disappearance of everypony in Ponyville and half the population of Canterlot, the citizens of Equestria live in fear and uncertainty. A year passes and while Celestia tries to once again shoulder the responsibilities of the crown without her sister Luna by her side, the investigations into what happened and why have born little fruit. Rainbow Dash, the weather pony of the now ruined Ponyville, may be the key to discovering at last what happened to Luna, her friends, and her town. And perhaps what exactly it is the Candy Mare wants.

For many years there has been a mysterious creature living in the woods. Many rumors have spread about this creature. Some say its capable of killing anything it puts its mind on, even predators many times its size. A very strange creature that nopony had ever encountered face to face. That was, until now.

The story will tagged complete, since I don't have anything more to write. If I do get an idea for another chapter it will be published here.

(Please, tell me what you thought of this story. I want to know what you thought, even if all you have to say is that the story was boring and poorly written or morally reprehensible. I hope it's none of those, but I'd still like to know. We only improve with criticism, after all.)

A Metroid Crossover

A meteor, resistant to magical manipulation, crashes in Equestria, Planet Equis, and soon spreads an unknown poison throughout the land. Containment is all but failing and the Princesses have little power to stop the spread of the Great Poison. The Elements of Harmony are of little use as no knowledge exists of this threat that consumes all life. Help comes from a certain Hunter, clad in metal.

Samus Aran will not only fight for her life as always, but her own sanity as well as these ponies that she begrudgingly starts seeing as allies. New horrors and abilities await her as a reason to fight slowly festers within her, possibly unlocking something she had been denied for so long: Friendship.

Notes and Resources:

This takes place after Echoes. The events of Corruption will have not happened yet. In terms of MLP, consider everything up to and including the Crystal Empire. Princess Twilight does not exist here, etc. The official Metroid Timeline can be found here.

As well, this story references the manga in many places. Reading of it is not required and I try my best to explain the context, but if you're interested, both volumes can be found here.

EDIT: This story was written over two and a half years, beginning in 2013. You'll probably notice the difference in writing as the chapters progress.

This story is a sequel to And Hell Followed

A plague ravaged Equestria, turning all of the unicorns and alicorns into bloodthirsty monsters bent on killing all the other races in a genocidal rage. A small cadre lead by the Elements of Harmony survived and persisted in Ponyville, and even managed to reverse it all at the cost of their lives.

Now Equestria must rebuild.

In Manehattan, Twilight Sparkle and Princess Luna must find a way to ease racial tensions while keeping the teetering nation safe and also rebuilding the lost trust of the little ponies of Equestria. Elsewhere, Cheerilee and Scootaloo must find their way in this new world.

There are only two options left. Rebuild Equestria stronger than ever, or be scattered to the winds of history.

This is a side story of Guilt of a Phantom and Silver Spirit, Ghost of Equestria. I suggest reading those first, or parts of this story will not make much sense.

It happened several years ago, this one event that changed the lives of many. A event of which not many know what happened, except those who were there. They speak of it in hushed whispers, not daring to talk about it at all. They do not understand how the humans can live like that, the constant fear. But after what had happened, they know all too well why they fight. The threat of the ghosts now fully apparent to them, and a change that affected many.

They speak of it in hushed whispers, that one event. The Baltimare incident.

After having worked on my stories Guilt of a Phantom, and Silver Spirit, Ghost of Equestria for a good time now, I came to the realization that there was not much backstory about the Baltimare Incident, even though it was mentioned several times throughout the stories here and there. So, with that in mind, I created this fic. It tells the story of what happened on that fateful day, as well as the story of those involved, or touched by the events that transpired. There is a lot going to happen, and the gap that is the backstory for both GoaP and SS, GoE will be filled, giving new dimensions to why the characters do what they do in the other fics.

In their quest to earn their Cutie Marks, and possibly find some answers for the strange events that have occurred, Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom and Scootaloo soon learn they've taken on more than they can handle. How will they deal with this? And what will Sweetie Belle do now?

Sex tag is there for innuendos and references to the act in later chapters. There will be no clop.

This is a crossover with the show Danny Phantom, and a side story of Guilt of a Phantom. I would suggest reading that story first, as this story will interact with the main story from time to time. Especially in the beginning of this fic, as it will start after certain events at the hooves of our three fillies.

In MLP's p.o.v., it takes place after season 2, but with changes that are not canon with season 3.

The story will take an alternate direction completely different from the finale Phantom Planet.

Danny Fenton, just your average teenage boy.

He goes to school, has to deal with bullies, homework, fight ghosts, and keep his other half a secret from his family.

After an accident with his parents ghost portal, his D.N.A. became infused with ectoplasm, turning him into a half ghost.

Now Danny Phantom, he took it onto him to fight ghost while struggling to learn to control his new found powers. Luckily, he has his two best friends, Sam and Tucker, with him to help him deal with the everyday ghost life.

Together, they went through all kinds of supernatural adventures. Together, they stood in the way of many ghost attacks. Together, they kept their city, Amity Park, safe. Together. Always together.

Until that one fateful day. The day that everything changed. The day that three became two, and Danny's life changed forever. Struggling with his guilt for his failings, and letting down the one meaning most to him, he runs away; desperately trying to get away from the nightmares that haunt his memories. But, as the saying goes: ''You can run, but you can't hide.''

Sex tag is there for sexual innuendos and references in later chapters. There will be no clop.
