Most ponies, when they see a pony with an hourglass cutie mark, would figure that it would mean their talent has something to do with time, or clocks, or another harmless meaning. Technically, the first is true, but there is a hidden meaning beneath it. To those that carry it, they know that the hourglass marks them as refugees, survivors from a war that would make any normal pony go mad from glimpsing just a fraction of the sheer scope of it. These unusual ponies have all found asylum in Equestria, but now, one last escapee will be followed by an evil that will threaten to ignite the conflict anew and bring down their last refuge with it.

But this newcomer not only brings the remains of the conflict with him, but is their best and only hope of ending it once and for all.

The last gasp of the Time War has come to Equestria. The Doctor will find old friends, make new ones...and face off with one of his greatest foes, one last time.

The Doctor has had a good, long run through time and space with Ditzy Doo. But it is that time again for him to regenerate bodies. But this time, it seems... different...

Berry Punch always thought her marefriend's cutie mark was a funny thing. A dentist with an hourglass Cutie Mark? That didn't make any sense, but she didn't make a big deal out of it. All Berry Punch knew was that in her hour of need, when she had her heart broken a daughter to tend to, and alcohol was her only savior, Minuette entered her life, and everything was going to be ok.

That is, until the day Berry found Minuette's strange Fobwatch, etched in strange markings that would be the the clues to her real identity.

For Lyra's first "proper" trip in the TARDIS, she wanted to see one of Equestria's starships. But as the TARDIS crew lands on the ship, they get a not-so warm welcome. What's worse, a temporal distortion hurtles the starship back in time and out-of-control! With less than a day on their hooves, the crew of the starship and the crew of the TARDIS must work together to get the ship working again, or risk being stuck in the Late Cretaceous with flesh-eating dinosaurs!

When Derpy decides to drop in to visit home, she discovers that she's been gone for longer than she intended, and another young mare expresses interest in joining the TARDIS crew. At the same time, something is very wrong with the mayor of Ponyville as he seeks re-election, as well as other ponies throughout the town. It's up to the Doctor and his two companions to find out!

Five of the youth of House Path are abruptly whisked away by the enigmatic Doctor Whooves, and they find themselves in a Ponyville that they can scarcely recognize. A tyrant queen rules Equestria, alliances were never forged with Griffonia and the Changeling Hives, and three of the group had never been born! Someone has changed history, and it's up to them to figure out when, how, and who did it, or Equestria will suffer, and the rest of the world along with it.

This is the direct sequel to "The Growing Years" and "A Different Perspective", and I advise reading those stories first.

Trouble is brewing. Things are starting to happen decades before they are supposed to, and the player that could otherwise bring the tribes through these difficult times have yet to take center stage. A strange blue box crash lands in the middle of the Everfree Forest to be discovered by Twilight and Spike. The Doctor stumbles out of it and makes the shocking discovery that he's accidentally traversed to another universe entirely! Ready to test his new four legs in this universe, the Doctor does what comes naturally to the renegade Time Lord; jumps cutie mark first into danger.

With Twilight Sparkle and the other Elements there to make sure he doesn't do anything too stupid, the Doctor with his TARDIS goes off to explore everything this new universe has to offer. New adventures and historical ponies await the crew as they continue to go onwards and upwards.

A mysterious brown Earth pony with an hour glass Cutie Mark sneaks into Canterlot Castle, only to be caught by Princess Celestia herself. Curiously, Celestia is intrigued by the seemingly endless stream of nonsense this pony is wont to speak. Luna soon joins them, and the group heads into the very depths of the castle, where something has been lurking for far too long...

Author's Note: The story begins with Season 1 Luna, weakened and with very little magical power, as well as having 'flat' hair.

Doctor Whooves is also an Earth pony in this fanfic, as he has appeared as both a Pegasus and Earth pony in show.
