What? Suppose I should back up a little. I'm just your average guy. I try to be nice to folks, when I'm near them, but mostly I just like to be alone with my stories. In hindsight, I should have been more suspicious about the old man in the bookstore, but no point crying over it now. I'll admit, this is exciting! A whole new world of magic and whimsy to explore? Count me in!

Lieutenant Eli Silver was on a simple mission. He and his fellow teammates would check out an anomaly that had already claimed three teams of Marines in the past. What he didn't expect was a whole new world to open up before him, one that he knows and loves but doesn't know how to cope in.

In Equestria, the griffons declared war five years after the defeat of King Sombra. Now the battle's still rage on. Princess Celestia is gone, leaving Luna and Cadence alone. The Elements of Harmony have disappeared as well leaving the once peaceful population to cope and adapt to survive and fight in a bloody struggle. Will an unexpected help that literally fell out of nowhere save their lives, or will they lose to the crushing force of the griffons?

Note: This is my first HiE story, and while I have said before I dislike HiE stories, after reading several of them I decided to give it a go. So here it is, a bloody war story. I hope you all enjoy.

All I want to have is a nice boring, normal day at the library, but I couldn't do that anymore when I got hit by a car. However, as I felt my world around me fade away and as I was staring at the light at the end of the tunnel... I made a wish; To live more of life. I was then spoken to from a being called Karma and he offered me my wish, another chance at life. Of course I accepted, thinking I was getting a second chance to live, which I did, but I wasn't expecting my second chance at life was to wake up in a body made of cold steel and iron.

This is my story of how my life went from ordinary to just plain downright weird very quickly.

Why can't my life just be normal?

It wasn't like I was breaking any rules. There I was, sitting in my room, writing a bit of simple fanfiction for my favorite website, www.fimfiction.net. I always enjoyed fanfiction, even though I wasn't the best writer. I was doing what most of us fans did, nothing different. Just some harmless tomfoolery.

But no, I wasn't allowed to have a little fun. Now, I've been shoved into the body of one of Ponyville's most hatted creatures, the timber wolf. Well, sorta a timber wolf. Basically, I'm slowly changing into one. Right now, I'm just a half girl, half wood beast. Soon, I probably won't even be able to think clearly, the animal instincts will cloud my judgement. What'll happen then?

I really hope Fluttershy can help me.

Walking with the paws of an ancient predator, a young man finds himself in a strange world. A world where horses are the dominant species, and he’s a very rare and dangerous animal. How will a speechless man turned wolf deal with society? How will he approach ponies? Would he even want to bother speaking to them?

(Love interest is not revealed in any of the current chapters. So don't freak out when you don't see it. I'm also focusing on a very realistic sense of love. This will be a later part of the story when romance becomes truly relevant. Point out ALL errors to me when you see them, even the ones that have been pointed out already, and I'll see what I can do.)
