The Grand Galloping Gala, the celebration of an entire year and all its progress, the celebration of Equestria and especially Canterlot. It's, ironically enough, rather unappreciated by both of the Princesses, although in differing ways. One of them finds herself coping with it in a rather fitting manner, and a certain someone else finds her in the act.

A (very) short story about two horses looking at twinkly things. What did you expect?

Twilight Sparkle has been trying to understand what it really means to be a Princess of Magic.
Discontent with the ambiguity of her destiny, she receives an uninvited visit from her elder alicorn peers: Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Princess Cadance.
It seems they have sensed their youngest sister's frustration and uncertainty, hoping to help her finally figure out what's really upsetting her.

Twilight was going to the Canterlot Train Station after a party on Hearthswarming Eve that Moondancer and her other friends invited her too. What will happen when she thinks she spots a Lunar Princess sitting at the fountain in the Central Area of Canterlot? Read to find out!

[TwiLuna Fluff] It's tough being a princess. Twilight Sparkle and Princess Luna both know this. During a time of solitude, Twilight and Luna spend some much needed time together, for a couple cannot go without meeting, and sharing at least one kiss on Hearts and Hooves Day.

Two weeks have passed since Twilight and Luna have become marefriends. Princess Luna had been depressed before that but her sudden change in behavior over the past two weeks has Celestia wondering what has been going on. After she discovered the truth, she reminded Luna about an old bet that caused problems but Twilight, in her effort to protect Luna from the bet, does something she has never done before, she confronts Celestia.

Throughout her entire time at CHS,Twilight has kept a secret since she arrived. A crush towards one friend that gave her everything she thought she didn't need in her life,Sunset Shimmer. Twilight wanted nothing more than to be in the arms of Sunset,but Sunset pushed her into the arms of another. So the secret stays hidden until she finally works up the courage to deal with it herself.

This is inspired by a song entitled KAILAN which is english for WHEN so it may be obvious as to what the story is about.

After all the times their lives have been in danger, after all the times their days have been occupied from royal duties, Shining Armor and Cadence finally have a quiet moment with just each other. They can talk about their day, snuggle up, or have cute little fights.

Of course, given it's Shining Armor and Cadence, it quickly turns into something more serious than that.

But there she meets the librarian Twilight Sparkle, and a friendship soon develops. But what could be developing underneath the surface?
