Pinkie Pie has been asking Anonymous to join in on a little get-together party in Ponyville. The unenthused and skeptic Anon finally decides to show up after many declines. When he shows up, he sees that this party wasn't very little. It was a huge. The entire town was invited. Even though he didn't want to show up, he did anyway.

Since time immemorial, the Horn of Celestia has stood above the ancient northern glaciers. It is older than the Empire, older than Equestria itself. The tower carries many ancient legends, but the most credible is this: that during the time of strife, ponies sacrificed their greatest powers to come together into a single kingdom, committed to peace and friendship forevermore.

Lyra Heartstrings is convinced there is more to this story, and after years of preparation, she has arrived at the tower with an expedition of friends and fellow experts to discover the truth for herself. One way or another, she will discover the secrets concealed in the ancient horn, even if it costs her everything.

This story was written on my Patreon as a commission for HMage, but was one of the earliest casualties of the pandemic. As a result, only part 1 of 2 was written. There are roughly eleven chapters taking us to what was meant to be the halfway point of the story. At least for now, the story will end there--not as a painful cliffhanger, but before our heroes transition to the next phase of their adventure.

The story is now continuing again on a monthly basis.

It's been six weeks since Equestria came to the world and a desperate battle against a creature of myth and legend was fought. Six weeks of our world coming to terms with new knowledge, new insights, and new ways of thinking about our place in the universe.

It has also been six weeks of Twilight Sparkle being in charge of Equestria. Of sitting on the throne, of hearing things secondhoof while others get to explore a strange new world full of insights and information. A world teeming with books. So many books.

Turbulent times will engulf both worlds as they are enveloped by the storm of change that seeks to swamp them all in anarchy and chaos. And in a storm, all ships seek out the brightly lit beacon of a lighthouse. Of the Pharos.

Fleetfoot absolutely HATES being called a junior member of the Wonderbolts, especially when she's one of the few Wonderbolts to work directly with Captain Spitfire. But one day, fate decides to have a little bit of fun with the Wonderbolt, as Fleetfoot wakes up and finds that she has somehow turned into a foal.

Since the Wonderbolts aren't really equipped to take care of a foal, and Fleetfoot hasn't maintained contact with her family, Spitfire decides to leave Fleetfoot at the academy daycare run by Honey Sugar. At least until a cure can be found.

But not only does the now regressed Fleetfoot find herself being diapered and cared for by Honey Sugar, but also by a certain filly who just so happens to be volunteering at the daycare today. Will Fleetfoot's dignity survive this humiliating experience?

Meanwhile, two green horses run an entirely unrelated battle against a bunch of evil wolves. This will obviously never be plot-relevant.

Goodness, Sapphire Shores could scarcely stand the innuendo about her favorite pony Rarity! and now, it's it a new pitch with this scurrilous accusation that she was a... murderess?! Well, if it's the last thing Sapphire does, she'll set the story straight, and take you behind the curtain to show to the real Rarity- and how the elegant Element got through to her once-hardened heart.

After suffering magical burnout from helping Celestia finish one of Clover the Clever's spells, Twilight is sent back to Ponyville where she is told the best treatment is to sleep and will be all better in the morning. But as night approaches, feelings start to manifest themselves inside of Twilight's mind. The doctor said some side effects were possible but highly unlikely so everything should be fine... right?

Twilight is practicing her latest spell; one that let's her read the minds of other ponies!

She asks Pinkie to help, since nothing could possibly go wrong. I mean, it's not like Twilight could mess up the spell, causing Pinkie's mental patterns and memories to infect Twilight's mind; that would just be silly! And even if that did happen, Pinkie would help her friend reverse the effects.

...Wouldn't she?
