Twilight takes the Young Six to Griffonstone to learn more about griffon history, and to learn about teamwork. Hoping to rescue the books from the ruined library, it takes them all by surprise when they learn a few things while skimming through the books.

What do you mean dragons lived to the east? The dragons live in the Badlands! Everyone knows that.

Written for the The Discovery contest. Basically my attempt to help explain some of the little details in and around Griffonstone that I've noticed, while also trying to flesh out some history.

Also I created the evolutionary ancestor to parasprites.

Sleepwalking--the act of walking while not conscious of it or aware of it, during one's sleep; to walk and/or perform other actions while sleeping; to somnambulate.

Which for Smolder, that alone is bad enough. Crawling into bed with Gallus while she's sleepwalking though...that's a whole other level of awkward.

After the fiasco of last year’s Hearth Warming Tree, the Student Six are determined to have a multicultural Hearth’s Warming, where everycreature contributes a tradition of their own. For five of them, that’s no problem. For Gallus . . . complaining about the food and barely tolerating everyone’s company isn’t a very good tradition.
