Celestia has an important duty, raising and lowering the sun, what most ponies don't know however, is that the sun wants to rise and that Celestia didn't get her cutie mark by lowering the sun with magic...

She got it by being more stubborn.

Sweetie Belle has the mind of a young filly, and like all youngsters, they often prioritize fun with friends over more important things. Normally, this isn't an issue. However, after a fun day out with her two best friends lasts longer than expected, the little unicorn's good mood is interrupted by a Low Battery Alert. Now the robotic filly must rush to get home and plug herself in before her battery hits 0%.

When Luna reconnects with Twilight, Cadence, and Flurry Heart for the first time in decades, she realizes that she is short. Celestia has a little fun at her expense.

Desmond Mallory wasn't ever lucky, in fact he was quite the opposite. Misfortune and disaster always seemed be waiting around every corner. Tired of his "curse" he tries everything from Hoodoo to Holy water, with little to no effect.

Wispers and strange rumors of a peculiar bookstore that only opens after dark, where many odd tales of "magic" being preformed draws Demond's interest.

Can they cure his curse of misfortune? And why does everyone seem to be talking in horse puns?

Applejack is not quite ready for her latest friendship mission.

She has to get sucked through an interdimensional vacuum cleaner, have her entire body re-shaped, and get dumped in an alien world she's only heard about secondhoof from Twilight.

It certainly doesn't help that she has no idea what her mission will be. And since the map only summoned AJ, she has to go alone.

Not that she's scared or anything!

Written in one half hour for a Quills and Sofas PANIC! Authors were given a very specific prompt that fit a very specific genre, then required to NOT write in that genre. This came out of that mess.

It's cold up north, but Reinbow Deer gets by. Mostly by looking after the littler members of the herd. But what's a deer to do when one fawn barges in babbling about some dark blue dream alicorn and a message that needs delivered?

Every so often, once a century or so, Celestia gets a certain itch. With great care, she shrewdly plots a way to slake her wanton thirst for horse shenanigans and tomfoolery. As fate would have it, on this fine occasion, she's chosen to commit larceny, while disguised as the one, the only, Applejack...
