Here I was, hiking the Appalachian Trail with my service dog, when everyone vanished in the night. Not only that, I've transformed into some bug monster. That...isn't going to help my mental problems very much. Now I got to find a way open up my prescription bottles with hooves. Will I even get more medicine? Is there anyone still around? What about my Grandmother? And I'm pretty sure I can hear stuff screaming and growling in the woods.

Getting home is going to be tough.

It has been a long time since the Changelings tried invading Canterlot. Their attack has been repelled and all Ponies believe the Changelings to be defeated.
What they don't know is that they are far from defeated.

This is the story of Thunder Strike, a Pegasus and Lunar Guard Soldier. He joined the Guard as a still fairly young colt, hiding his true reason for joining the Lunar Guard from everypony else. Together with the Unicorn Blaze from the Solar Guard he is enjoying his time in the Guard as much as one possibly could.

Soon though, his feelings for somepony else blind him, causing a massive chain of events that nopony could have ever foreseen.

This Story plays before Season 6, meaning FlurryHeart hasn't been born yet and Thorax also is not yet "a thing" (In case you are wondering).

After the changelings' failed invasion of Canterlot, Twilight tries to soothe some of Ponyville's rampant paranoia by casting a spell to prove there are no imposters hiding in the town. But her spell leaves her in an alien body, facing a mob of angry ponies who just don't believe her when she says she is Twilight Sparkle.

Or, at least, she was Twilight Sparkle, anyway...

Years have past since the changelings were driven away from Equestria, giving room for peace and love. Suddenly, Twilight is captured in the middle of the night, and is brought to the hooves of Queen Chrysalis. Seeing that she has captured the element of magic, she is determined to gain her revenge against both Twilight and anyone that has ever wronged her.

Using her dark magic, the queen transforms the unicorn into a horrifying creature. Will Twilight hold on to her sanity, and more importantly, her devotion to friends?

Or will she slip into the darkness, and lose all hope.

ACT One: (Chapters 1-10)
After a fatal tragedy, Twilight wakes up in a situation unlike anything she had experienced before. How is she supposed to react when she finds herself reincarnated as the daughter of Queen Chrysalis, the very one who orchestrated her assassination? Does she give into the rage and loss of her former self, or does she hold true to the magic of friendship?

ACT Two: Synopsis incoming

Jack was a normal teenage boy, other than the fact that he suffered from a deep depression. Well, maybe he was normal, everybody had depressing moments in their life, he was no exception. But something happens that forces him to believe he isn't normal. After wishing he could live in the world of Equestria, things take a turn for the worse.

He wakes up in Equestria and was extremely excited, only to find he was one of the most hated creatures - a changeling.

Will Jack be able to fit in as a regular pony? Or will he sink back into depression after torment from the ponies he once loved?

Will he end up fighting against the ones he once loved just to get his freedom?

During a blissfully rare calm in the hectic storm of Ponyville life, a disturbance in the Everfree Forest goes undetected. After receiving a summons from the Princess, Twilight and her friends are led into a curious task, one that they find themselves ill-prepared to handle - managing their stallion double! As each of the girls meets their very own carbon-copy-colt, they learn that dealing with themselves can be much more frustrating than they first thought.

Annoyingly, irritatingly, intoxicatingly frustrating.

On secret assignment from Princess Celestia herself, Twilight investigates a powerful magical artifact for clues to the mystery of Luna's transformation in the evil Nightmare Moon. Incautious use of the artifact sends Twilight hurtling back in time. Can Twilight discover what caused Luna's transformation? And will she ever make it home again?
