This story is a sequel to KONO DIO DA: 『Over Friendship』

With DIO gone, and Celestia's stand withdrawn, Equestria falls into the pains of everyday society. As the equines learn to live without help, much division arises, and with that division the opportunity for an old enemy with a new ability to seize control of the land. With the Mane Six separated, the Elements of Harmony powerless, and friendship dying, the princesses know that there is only one hope for Equestria: a morally-ambiguous vampire that can stop time.

I wanted to write more. I couldn't let this story go, and I kept telling myself "No, it's a perfect ending, don't ruin it", but everything in me says "there can be more, I can show more of this hypothetical DIO I have created, and maybe people will like it just as much as they did before". Depending on reception, I might even make a double-trilogy. I intend for this to be a very serious variation of what we saw in the first trilogy, a time to take away the metahumor and silliness to use these characters to ask bigger questions about the moral ambiguity of the world, and of course to write a compelling story in the process.

Rated Teen for depictions of violence, death, gore, suggestive themes, and mild language.

Twilight reflects on the past, writing a letter to her friends a thousand years later.

I feel like someone has already done something like this, but it's late, I'm tired, and I needed to vent out some personal sadness. Enjoy it for what it's worth.

The greatest detective is suddenly launched into another world. Dazed and confused, he figures out that he's just in time to solve one of the greatest murder cases in the history of Equestria.

Go figure.

Celestia has fallen ill, and because of this, the sun itself is going out. The mane six use the Elements of Harmony to seek out the most suitable hero to save their world. This hero has only a single chance, only One Shot to stop the certain demise of Equestria and return home, but it won't be like last time.

CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS FOR ONESHOT. Seriously, if you haven't played OneShot, I urge you to beat someone up on the street if you have to for ten dollars to play the game.

Okay don't actually do that, but really, you need to play the game before you even consider reading this story. If not, there will be major spoilers.

This story is dialogue heavy, and I wrote it all in one sitting, so bare with me. I almost really wrote this story more for myself than anyone else. I used some creative freedom with the concept of the lightbulb and with Niko that deviates slightly from the original game, I hope I don't get heavily criticized for it.

When two enemies meet with a common enemy and common friends, will there ever be room for forgiveness? Will Jotaro find friendship? Will Rohan ever stop saying oi? Will Kira ever be found?

And, for 『Hebun』's sake, can Okuyasu not look like a rapist, please?

Expect a more seriously-written and less-meta story this go round. I don't mean to disappoint, but for wrapping this up, I wanted to contextualize it just because it's fun.

Though, I'm not taking away all of the comedy.

The truth was withheld until now. The fourth wall doesn't just break, it is decided by a high council. A high council of Pinkie Pie's.

DIO learns the perks of being a protagonist you know like, not being killed off as easy (glad he's not in SnK amirite), whilst a murderer with Stand power is on the loose! Will DIO find Higashikata Ambulansuke on time to defeat this monster and his Killer Queen?

EDIT: Read blog for comical rundown. I'm placing the story on hiatus. This just means updates will not be in a timely manner, and that writing will dramatically decrease as it is hard to find the mood for comedy. Sorry guys.
