DIO learns the perks of being a protagonist.

DIO learns the perks of being a protagonist you know like, not being killed off as easy (glad he's not in SnK amirite), whilst a murderer with Stand power is on the loose! Will DIO find Higashikata Ambulansuke on time to defeat this monster and his Killer Queen?

Disclaimer: There may or may not be an ambulance.
If you don't get this joke, watch DiU. Please, just do it.

EDIT: Read blog for comical rundown. I'm placing the story on hiatus. This just means updates will not be in a timely manner, and that writing will dramatically decrease as it is hard to find the mood for comedy. Sorry guys.

EDIT: I should keep track of edits, I finished this story a while back.

There is a street in Morioh Cho where ghosts tread. On that street, you must never turn around or a powerful and unrelenting force will drag you into a place of torment that is unknown.

"I believe your name was Reimi Sugimoto. . .What the hell have you been doing here for fifteen years?!" A grown man wearing a suit with a strange tie grabbed the young girl by the shoulder roughly. His face was bleeding and torn, his hair white and striped black. He was a normal man, or so most thought. A murderer, who killed to satisfy his lusts. He leaned forward, nearly turning before he stopped.

"Wait. . ."

He looked forward, thinking aloud.

"Why would you go through the trouble of showing me the wound on your back and telling me who you are?"

He turned to her.

"This wouldn't be the place where you're not supposed to turn around, would it?"

Her expression changed, she quivered as she realized she was found out so quickly.

"My father told me that there was a road in this town where the spirits of the dead walk," he continued, "and if you were to find yourself there, you must not turn around. If you were to turn around, an uncontrollable power would drag you off somewhere. You weren't showing me the wound on your back so I'd end up in front of you, forcing me to turn around, were you?"

He grabbed her chin.

"You weren't trying to trick me, were you?"

As she squeaked in pain and discomfort, he turned her neck slowly, easily overpowering her.

"Let's have you turn around, hm?" His face suddenly changed to the one he used to wear, his hair blonde and his eyes blue, "I'd like to see what would happen."

After meeting some resistance, he continued.

"Come on! Turn around! You will turn around!"

"Did you really think that I didn't expect you to try to do this to me?" she said softly. He grunted in surprise, but remained calm, knowing he was more powerful. "We've been waiting fifteen years for you to come here. . ."

The dripping of viscous liquid was heard as the man in the suit muttered out a single word.

"We?"

Suddenly, a red-eyed dog jumped out, taking hold of his arm with it's teeth and tearing off his hand.

"Arnold!" the girl shouted as the man fell backwards onto the ground, turning and shouting as he felt the intense pain. He let out a gasp as he looked into a void, endless arms with hands reaching for him to drag him to what he could only imagine was Hell.

"What?!" He shouted, as the hands began to grab him and tear him away from reality as he knew it.

"Now, let's have you punished, Yoshikage Kira," the girl said grimly.

"What? What are these things?!" Kira said, terrified as he stared into his impending doom. "Killer Queen! Make these things explode!"

His Stand, Killer Queen, emerged, being grabbed as well and torn to pieces, simultaneously tearing him to pieces as he continued to live through the pain.

"Ahh. . .AHHH. . .I-I. . ." He said, watching his dismemberment. "Wh-where are they going to take me?"

"Who knows?" The girl said softly once more. "But, I'm sure it's somewhere you won't be able to rest in peace."

"HURRAAAAGGGHHHH!!!!!" he shouted, falling into oblivion as the hands disappeared.

Arnold sat beside Reimi, looking forward into the distance.

"Well now that that's over, want to play fetch now, Arnold?"

The dog barked happily, wagging it's tail. Reimi picked up a stick and tossed it. Arnold ran after the stick, catching it perfectly.

"Good boy! Now, come back and give it to me!" Reimi said. Arnold turned around, dropping the stick as a shit ton of hands flew at him again.

Reimi's eyes widened.

"Wait no fu—!"

So, You Like Hands?

"Lyra, it's not worth looking into! I'm sure the whole two-legged thing with hands isn't worth going after! Lyra, get back to the house! Lyra! Ugh!"

Having a roommate has it's checks and balances. It's good and bad. There's always an opposite to combat another concept just to maintain that wonderful peace, but Lyra just wanted to see hands.

She'd been living with Bon-Bon for about four years now, the two had been friends for the longest time. Even though Bon-Bon was always so helpful, she was never supportive about Lyra's otherworldly dreams. Lyra sometimes wondered if she preferred a friend who could put more effort into her dreams than her reality.

"There's possibility!" Lyra reasoned to herself, "Reality is only the boundary of what dreams could truly be! Today, I'll prove Bon-Bon wrong. Today, I'll show her that I was right all along! Today, I'll show her what dreams can truly be!" Lyra began to run into the forest, searching for an answer, knowing that something was off, knowing something big was going to happen. It was an undeniable instinct, she knew it—she just knew it!

She ran further! There was no stopping her now! The worlds greatest armies wouldn't stand in her way, the tallest walls and the thickest briers were no match for her! All she had to do now was listen! Listen for that moment! Listen for tha—

"Wait, where the fuck am I?" Lyra looked around, realizing she was totally lost. She thought she should stop listening to hybrid orchestral music in her head, but continued anyway because it made her look totally badass, even if she was just looking for a mythological creature.

All of the sudden, there was a rustling. She jumped back.

"Hello?"

A man emerged from the distance. He had on a white suit and a strange tie depicting several images of an exaggerate cat-like skull. His hair was blonde with a little twirly-do thingy. Twirly-do thingy. Yes.

He seemed a bit disgruntled, but otherwise his appearance was near perfect. His suit was well-kept and neat, and he appeared to be clean with the exception of a few twigs from the forest. It seemed he had just landed there out of nowhere, but yet he was able to make himself look presentable.

"Talking equines. . ." he mused, stroking his chin for a moment. He thought as Lyra stood speechlessly. "I have a single question for you, do you know any girls who happen to have pretty hands?"

Lyra smiled brightly, overflowing with joy.

"H-h-human?!" she blurted out, suddenly covering her mouth with a deep blush. The man raised an eyebrow.

"How strange. . ." he muttered, "Who are you, now?"

"Lyra! My name is Lyra—Lyra Heartstrings!" Lyra said suddenly, "I've never met a human before, but I've always wanted to! Everyone else thought they were just myths, but I heard about one coming here and then here's another and—"

"Another?" the man asked suddenly.

"I don't know who he was, could you help me find him maybe? I'd like to meet humans, their hands are so cool!"

The man paused for a moment.

"So, you like hands?" he asked.

"Yeah!"

"Perhaps we could work together then."

"Yeah, of course! But what's your name?"

"My name. . ." the man stood idly for a moment, wondering if it would be okay to reveal that. He was in an entirely different universe, not sure of how he was brought here, he figured he could reveal himself. "Yoshikage Kira."

"Odd name, sounds like killer!" Lyra mused. Kira shot a glare before she continued, "I like it."

"Hm," Kira said, closing his eyes and relaxing himself, "then I must tell you something before we continue."

"Yeah?"

"I have an ability, one that allows me to turn anything into a bomb, you cannot see it, can you?" Kira asked. Lyra shook a bit at the ominous feeling she had after he pointed out the fact that she couldn't see it.

"Perhaps I could use magic to see it?" she suggested. It was at this point Kira noticed she was a unicorn.

"Hm. I suppose that would work." Kira thought, skeptical about the magic.

Her horn lit up in a yellow aura, suddenly flashing with a magical sound before Lyra closed her eyes, slowly opening them.

It had worked. She saw, standing beside him, a catlike being, muscular in build with pink eyes. It's arms were adorned with strange gloves, and it bore symbols of death, as far as Lyra could see. She jumped back in fright.

"Wh-what is that?" she asked, suddenly.

"I call it Killer Queen," Kira said proudly, lifting his chin, "It has three abilities, but I doubt I should have to use them much at all."

Lyra shook her head gently. "So. . .You want to come back to my house and have a cup of coffee perhaps?"

"I haven't had coffee in a while, I suppose that would do," Kira replied, the Stand dissolving into him. The two walked back to the house, not knowing what they were about to start.

Meanwhile, in another part of Equestria. . .

"Muda muda muda!" DIO shouted, laughing as he stood over the Rainbow pony with his Stand revealed. "Your wings are powerless before The World!"

"Yeah yeah, rub it in, DIO," Rainbow Dash said, rolling her eyes, "I'd like to see you beat me just using your wings, oh wait."

"Oi." DIO said, narrowing his eyes, Dash laughed as DIO joined in heartily, before Twilight suddenly interrupted them.

"Guys, there's a problem." Twilight said suddenly.

"What is it now, Twilight?" Rainbow asked. DIO glanced over.

"My magic detected another Stand user in Ponyville, he's human, too," she said.

"What." DIO said suddenly, shooting a glare. "Where is he?"

"I don't know. . .but we need to find him," Twilight said.

And so the search started, hopefully without filler chapters this time, for the man that nobody knew, who in whatever circumstance would find a way to craftily fit in with ease.

His name was Yoshikage Kira. He'd killed 48 beautiful women up until now, and his villainous, treacherous, and heinous motivation is a sexual fetish brought on by Mona Lisa. Go figure.

This Is Just a Short Conversation Between Twilight, DIO, and Rainbow Dash and Literally doesn't deserve a title about as long as the text is so I'm not sure why I'm still writing it.

"I'm telling you! This could be a potentially dangerous threat!" Twilight pleaded. Rainbow rolled her eyes.

"Come on, Twilight, you're over exaggerating it. DIO turned good in just six chapters!" Rainbow Dash said, pointing out the—Hey wait a second.

"Purple is correct." DIO muttered.

"Twilight. . ." Twilight quietly and fruitlessly corrected as DIO continued.

"It's possible that this Stand user could have an ill intent for such an unfamiliar world, but I can surely turn them to our side."

"Can't you just track them Twilight?" Rainbow asked.

"No, I don't know how to do that!" Twilight replied. Rainbow shook her head.

"You know, it'd make sense to just learn a new magic spell in your library full of convenient spells that give your infinite possibilities of Mary Sue, Deus ex Machina magic the ability to solve the problem easily, but I guess that'd make a boring fanfiction." Rainbow Dash pointed ou—Hey stop that! That wall isn't easy to repair!

"What are you talking about Rainbow?" Twilight asked with confusion. DIO shook his head.

"Let's forget that happened," he wisely suggested, "perhaps we should keep subtle and observe. If this person has ill intent, they'll be sure to note if somebody is looking for them. With enough time, they might even come to me, just to see if they can find a way out of this universe."

"So, we just keep living normally and keeping an eye out until something significant happens?"

"Precisely." DIO said. Twilight and Rainbow exchanged looks, shrugging as it seemed like definitely the less strenuous idea.

She told me this was a place I could not rest. Though the colors are bright and the town seems a myth, I don't think it will be hard. Perhaps it is just a dream, but if I may rest well, then I should enjoy this as it lasts. Perhaps I could stay asleep in this world forever, and finally live a peaceful life.

Kira continued to think to himself as he approached the town. A great structure rose over the hills as he laid his eyes on the entirety of Ponyville.

"What a beautiful Duwang. Chew."

Shit. The translator is broken. I forgot, he's Japanese, so speaks Japa—You know what, I'm just gonna keep narrating.

"What a beautiful Duwang town. Chew." Kira said, taking in the view.

"Oh! I'm so excited!" Lyra said. . .with excitement. Redundancy!

"About?" Kira asked, raising an eyebrow curiously. Lyra took a deep breath, a gust of warm wind blowing through her mane majestically.

"For years now, I've been researching the myths of humans, fascinated by them, and. . ." she blushed lightly, "their hands. . .my roommate, BonBon, never believed it could happen and now, now I get to show her it was all true!"

Normally, Kira would have been alarmed by such a weird fantasy, but she reminded him a bit of himself. He smiled.

"Hands fascinate me as well, you could say," he said. Lyra's eyes lit up.

"Tell me more!"

"Well, maybe later. Perhaps we should meet your roommate?"

"Y-yeah! Sure!"

Lyra was happier than ever, but she had no idea what she was about to become because of it.

Knock Knock

"Come in!" BonBon said, fixing a hay sandwich for lunch. Lyra walked in.

"BonBon, I have to show you something." Lyra said. BonBon rolled her eyes.

"What is it now, Lyra?" She turned around, gasping as she saw the towering figure known as Yoshikage Kira, with Killer Queen hovering behind him.

"I'd like to introduce my new. . ." she looked at him with a grin, ". . .Friend. . .Yoshikage Kira."

"What is that thing behind him. . ?" BonBon asked, a bit scared. Kira chuckled lightly.

"Killer Queen is what I've named it, I suppose this means that everyone will be able to see it now." Kira mused.

"Actually, only I and BonBon are able to. I could have cast a different spell, but I figured you might want it to remain secretive. I trust BonBon, I think you can too." Lyra said, taking a seat at the table.

"W-well. . .I suppose you can take a seat then. . . Mr. Kira," BonBon said shakily, "We don't really have seats for humans but, I think you can make due with it. . .Lyra, could we talk in the other room?" Lyra nodded, BonBon fast-pacing there as Lyra followed, Kira sitting down and stretching.

"Lyra." BonBon said quietly.

"Yes?"

"What. The. Hell?!" Lyra jumped at BonBon's voice suddenly being raised.

"Wh-what?" Lyra asked, her ears lowered.

"What is this? You can't just bring some creature this dangerous into my house!"

"Your house? This is our house!"

"Whatever, you're putting the both of us in danger! What were you thinking?!"

"You never believed in my dreams, BonBon! You always doubted me and discouraged me! You never supported that one thing I was the most passionate about!"

"No, I never supported it, yes, I always discouraged it, do you know why?!"

"Why?!"

"Because I did believe in it!"

Lyra stopped.

"What. . ?"

BonBon closed her eyes, before opening them with another glare.

"I believed in humans because of how dangerous they are. I knew you would be able to find one some how with the amount of devotion you had. I should have stopped you before you went out today, but it seems you've already made the biggest mistake of your life!"

Lyra began to think, filled with rage.

"You failure!" she shouted, "You failed to support me where I most needed it! I can't believe you! You fucking betrayed me!"

"Lyra, I know what's best for you!" BonBon shouted back before Lyra turned and pushed the door open.

"No! No you don't! Don't you dare assume you know anything about me! I thought I knew about you, I thought you were trustworthy, but no. You're dead to me!" Lyra stomped upstairs.

"Ly—" BonBon stopped as she heard a door slam. She then noticed Kira was gone.

Lyra slammed the door behind her, running to her bed and crying. She squeaked as she felt a hand caress her mane. She blushed as one of her many fantasies came true, then noticed Kira was beside her.

"Wh-when did you. . ?"

"Since I heard shouting, I figured you would go to your room soon. You seem like the type who needs to go somewhere quiet, but doesn't know they also need someone else by their side."

Lyra was surprised at his analysis, he was a very intelligent and very powerful human, and already, much more reliable than BonBon.

"Kira. . ."

"Yes?"

"Could you tell me more about your fascination with hands now?" she asked awkwardly. Kira nodded, understanding how it was to have an 'interest' in something that wasn't necessarily fit for public domain.

"Well, when I was a child, I saw the painting of the Mona Lisa," Kira started, "I saw her hands and. . .Oh, how do I say this. . .I got a boner."

Lyra chuckled lightly with a blush, as did Kira.

"I suppose I can trust you with this. . ." Kira continued, "but I've killed forty-eight beautiful women up until now."

"Forty-eight?" Lyra asked. She didn't seem phased by this at all. "For their hands?"

"They're much sweeter when they don't speak. . ." Kira said with his eyes closed.

"Wait, so how to you cover that up?" Lyra asked. She looked behind him at the towering Killer Queen. "Oh, right."

"It takes care of. . .traitors as well," Kira said, seeing an opportunity to wipe out a potential antagonist.

"You're not saying. . ." Lyra said slowly.

"Depends. I want to live a peaceful life, I'm sure you do, too, do you not?"

Lyra nodded.

"So," Kira continued, "In order to live a peaceful life, I prefer not to fuss, not to involve with too many people, just to live as I please without consequence. In my world, I kept my sleep schedule correct, everything was regulated, and I always had a peace of mind, until I got sent here."

"Huh. . ." Lyra mused, "I guess I want a peaceful life, too."

"I can help you with that," Kira said, "Killer Queen leaves no trace."

"Hm. . ." Lyra thought. Would she really want to kill BonBon? No, she wouldn't be killing her, just. . .wiping her away. Like a bad stain on her life. They argued a lot, what would it do but give her the peace she knew she wanted? "You're right."

"Hm?"

"I want to live a peaceful life, and I think you're a much better friend than she'll ever be," Lyra said with her eyes closed, "How will you do it?" Kira smiled.

"You will see, just remain here," Kira left the room, and hid in the shadows.

"Lyra. . ?" BonBon said, climbing up the stairs and knocking on her door.

"Go away!" Lyra shouted. BonBon lowered her ears.

"Lyra, we need to talk. . ."

"I don't want to talk!"

"Lyra, please!" BonBon placed her hoof on the doorknob.

"Killer Queen has already touched the doorknob." Kira said M E N A C I N G L Y. BonBon looked back, her hoof still on it.

"What the Hell are you talking about?" she asked.

"My Killer Queen has the ability to turn anything into a bomb."

"Bullshit. . ." BonBon said, turning the knob.

"Dai ichi no bakudan!" Kira shouted, holding his hand up as if holding a button. "Suwitch On!"

As Killer Queen mimicked his movements, clicking the invisible button, BonBon began to detonate.

"WH—LYR—" BonBon shouted before vanishing. Only her hoof remained. Kira picked up the hoof as Lyra walked out.

"Is it done?" Lyra asked, gasping at the hoof as she saw it.

"Yes. . .Might I say, these hooves are very complex, somehow. . ." Kira said quietly, ". . .They remind me of a hand."

Lyra smiled. "Heh. . .You really can make it all disappear."

Kira smiled back.

"Yes, yes I can."

"What is this?" DIO asked, taking a look at what was presumably a strawberry cupcake.

"It's a cupcake!" Pinkie said with a smile. The cupcake was pink, with red splotches in it. The icing was crimson red.

"You expect me to eat this cupcake?" DIO asked with a frown.

"Come on, DIO! Surely you can handle a cupcake!" Rainbow Dash said, "Or are you a wimp?"

DIO growled. "I'm not a wimp! KONO DIO DA!" DIO took the cupcake, taking a monstrous bite out of it. He paused for a moment, Pinkie smiled with a squee

"Do you like it?" Pinkie asked.

"Yes, this taste is fantastic!" DIO exclaimed, taking another bite, "Like the blood of a young woman!"

"What." Rainbow looked at Pinkie. "What kind of cupcake is it?"

"It's just a different flavor!" Pinkie smiled. "You can help me cook sometime, and I can show you how I make cupcakes!"

Rainbow Dash thought about Sergeant Sprinkles for just a second.

"No thanks. . ." she muttered, "Actually, it's about 6 AM and that shield over DIO seems to be going down, so we should probably get home before it does until the sun goes down, right DIO?" she looked at DIO mouthing ' S A Y Y E S '.

DIO cleared his throat. "Yes, that's right."

"But your shield doesn't go off until the sun goes down! That's how the spell works, silly!" Pinkie laughed. DIO looked at Rainbow Dash for a split second.

"ZA WARUDO." DIO said suddenly, vanishing with Rainbow Dash.

"Alright, if DIO is okay with it," Fluttershy said, opening her wings and getting ready to take off towards her home. "Bye DIO!"

"Sayunara, Fluttershy," DIO said, waving. Rainbow Dash sat in her chair, looking over at DIO.

"So," Rainbow said, "wanna watch some TV?"

After watching TV, getting drunk, and having a good ole tim—

No.

Stop thinking that.

After having a friendly and not in anyway sexual because that makes no mother-fucking sense time, Rainbow Dash had fallen asleep. DIO, deciding to feel the feeling of rest once more, decided to sleep as well. It had been a long time since he had had a dream. Most of his 100 year sleep, if not all of it, was pitch black in his memory.

But this wouldn't be the same.

He found himself in a desolate plane, without power. It was cold, he was covered in only thin clothing like in the childhood under his thievish father. In fact, he wasn't even in possession of Jonathan's body either, he was like his childish self, at age thirteen.

"Hey!" He called out, in a semi imposing British voice. It cracked as it echoed, he hugged himself to keep warm. A bright light appeared to one side, revealing his Stand but wearing the stone mask instead of it's original face. The blood leaked around it as it also possessed his long, flowing hair after attaining vampirism.

"Dio Brando! Dio Brando! Dio Brando! Take the dark and make your mark!" It shouted towards him in the voice of his father. DIO was seething with rage despite how silly the rhyme sounded, attempting to scream but couldn't as the Stand approached him. He turned, seeing another bright light that looked like his mother.

"Mio Dio! Mio Dio! Mio Dio! Enshrine the light and shine it bright!" It exclaimed, the two both chanting as DIO was met with the troubling thought of the depictions of his parents. This was stupid, but what the Hell was it supposed to mean?

The path he had once taken was evil, like his father. He didn't want to be like that loathsome scum, but he knew his mother was wrong, that she would never understand the world from her perspective. Though he loved her enough to feel her death was merciful on behalf of fate, he couldn't say the same for his father, yet he followed more in his father's footsteps.

Perhaps this was why he didn't sleep.

Suddenly, the two reached out, both shouting, "Make a choice! Make a choice!"

The young DIO felt tears streaming from his eyes as he screamed loudly, taking hold of both hands as he felt himself being lacerated down the middle being pulled from both sides. It was more painful that the sword Jonathan used to split him in half, except he wasn't able to recover this time. He was powerless.

Until it all stopped.

He closed his eyes, wiping away the tears as he felt his hand was rough rather than smooth like it used to be. He saw that he was in his usual attire, gritting his teeth at such an embarrassment. He looked up to see a large alicorn before him, eyes glowing.

"Who are you, then?" He asked, knowing he'd never seen her before.

The equine looked him dead in the eye.

"Princess Luna."

"Kira, shouldn't you get rid of that hoof?" Lyra asked, fixing some more human food for Kira. Kira glanced over.

"Possibly. . ." it faded away as he got up, "I'll need another soon."

"You stand out more than the equines do," Lyra pointed out, "that's obvious, but something to note, you can't hide as easy as you used to be able to."

Kira nodded, thinking for a moment.

"How far is the extent of your magic?" Kira asked.

"What do you mean?"

"Perhaps I can become an equine as well."

Lyra lowered her ears.

"But, your hands!"

"Ah, yes, I forgot," Kira said, thinking again. After a moment, he had an idea. "Perhaps I can switch back and forth based on convenience? Perhaps by my choice?"

"I don't think my magic can go that far. . ." Lyra thought, "but I think I can look into it."

"Good," Kira smiled, "go search for that, and thank you for the food, I'll look after myself, and perhaps with this spell you might not have to go through so much trouble."

Lyra nodded, walking up to him as he sat in the chair.

"Hey, Kira?" Lyra said quietly.

"Yes?"

She gently pecked his cheek, to which he wasn't sure how to respond other than with a surprised expression.

"Thank you." She whispered with a blush, trotting out.

Kira wiped his cheek gently.

' I just need to use her, that's all, like. . .like Shinobu. . . ' He reasoned, unsure of the odd feeling.

The Moon In The Night Part 2 - The Night in the Moon

View Online

"Princess Luna. . ." DIO mused, taking a breath and straightening his posture as he stood.

"I am the Princess of the Night, I believe you have met my sister, Princess Celestia."

"Celestia. . ." DIO stopped for a moment, thinking of the battle he had.

"I raise the moon, but I also protect ponies in their dreams, however, your nightmare was far worse than any other."

"What do you mean, 'far worse'?" DIO asked curiously.

A doorway was opened. "Come with me."

DIO hovered in automatically, seeing a very familiar setup. His father throwing a fork by his face, his young self barely dodging it with swiftness.

"You're having an internal struggle with yourself, your choices. It seems the friendship magic is contradicting with your evil intent greatly, but that's not all."

The scene changed, showing a highway bridge in Japan.

"ROADA ROLLA DA!"

He saw himself, awakened, rushing towards a now visible Jotaro Kujo in stopped time with a steam roller. He knew what happened afterwards.

"There's been a problem with this world and ours, and we think the problem might be spreading."

DIO looked up curiously, staying attentive.

"People of your world have been ending up here somehow. We've seen it a few times already, but only with the evilest of your kind. Some have even changed their form."

"You mean there's a link between our worlds?" DIO suggested.

"Yes. A dangerous one, but something that we don't understand. It brings the evilest of you here, restores you to your fullest point, and somehow presents circumstances to give you a redeeming chance, or so we've seen. Our science isn't advanced outside of magic and alchemy, we have little understanding of how this all works."

"Why come to me now?"

"You were asleep, I have more power to show you what I mean in your dreams. I have control over your dreams."

She closed her eyes.

"Tell me more about your mother." She opened her eyes. Immediately, the scene changed from DIO on the ground being taunted by Jotaro Kujo to several images of DIO's mother providing for him, voices from around telling him of how to get to heaven, and to be good, and to be strong.

DIO sighed, letting his eyes shut as well while he pondered what to say.

"She was the embodiment of human kindness," DIO said, "When she died, I felt happy for her, that she was spared of the rotten world I had to live in under that man who called himself my father."

She listened to him as the scenes played in the background.

"She told me the way to get to Heaven was by being a good person. By having good traits," DIO continued, "but I never believed it. I thought that Heaven would be attained by power."

DIO took out a book, opening it.

"This diary," he said, "has every step to achieving Oba Heabun."

She saw the diary, skimming through it and realizing it's credibility. Even in the dream as it was depicted in pictures and symbols, the vividness was unreal, and incomprehensible in a divine way.

"That is quite remarkable. . .what stopped you, may I ask?"

"Jotaro Kujo," DIO answered. The scenes changed to the battles with the Stardust Crusaders. "All of the others were no match, but Jotaro was the one who stopped my goals. I wished to rid of their bloodline entirely, but they defeated me in that world."

"When did they plan to bring you back?"

DIO looked up at her with confusion.

"Bring me back?" DIO asked.

"Yes, from punishment or from wherever they may have banished you or imprisoned you?" She had a smile all this time, but started to frown as DIO continued.

"I was killed," he said, "redemption doesn't exist in our world, only strength to persevere and kill before you are killed."

"O-oh. . ." Luna said, her voice shakey. "I suppose some don't think they deserve redemption, do they? That dying would have been better for them?"

"I do not know." DIO said. They were both silent for a moment.

"I was once as evil as you were." Luna said, suddenly. DIO looked up.

"What do you mean?"

"I was jealous of my sister," Luna explained, "Whilst the people bathed in her sunlight and played in it, they rejected my night."

DIO was silent.

"I painted the sky for them every night, a new piece, placing the stars in new locations for them to see the night sky differently, but they always slept," Luna explained, "I thought I would take it myself, and I allowed power to consume me, becoming the evil known as Nightmare Moon. I was defeated by the Elements of Harmony, and banished to the moon for a millennium."

"A millennium," DIO mused, "That's a long time to keep somebody alive."

"Yes. . .but my sister kept me alive after defeating me and—"

"Your own sister fought you and banished you? What kind of sibling is she?!"

Luna silently thought.

"I wish not to speak of it," she said quietly.

"Hm."

"For a thousand years, my stars remained still. I look up at them today and see an unfinished work, but I can no longer change them, as the ponies have pointed out countless constellations."

She paused.

"Still today, I do not think that punishment was enough, so I created the Tantabus. A creature that causes me to have the most treacherous nightmares when I sleep. I fear some day it might become more powerful than I, and escape my dreams, but that keeps me fighting and not giving up."

"You already gave up," DIO said, grimly.

"What do you mean?" Luna asked, a bit defensively.

"It's not evil," DIO explained, "you have a purpose to bring the darkness to the world, it was necessary to provide a contrast from the light. How many other evils have you faced."

"Many. . .Discord, Lord Tirek, King Sombra. . .and others."

"There is balance, and turning you against your nature upset that balance," DIO explained, "You even forbade your nightly artwork for the sake of underlings. What would cause such a thing?"

"The Elements of Harmony never fail. . ." Luna said, trying to reassure herself.

"Of Harmony?!" DIO said, raising his voice. Luna cowered; even being in control of the dream, he was terrifying. "Let me tell you what the Elements of Harmony have done."

Luna looked up at DIO, he stood tall, looking down at her with a stern and enraged expression as he continued.

"The Elements of Harmony have been used to divide two sisters and assert the authority of the one who felt she was greater, they cause you to generate a monster to punish you by pure guilt, they caused you to live one thousand years of pain and agony in isolation, they caused evil to diversify itself, and worst of all, they caused a tyrant to be blindly beloved."

"What do you mean?!" Luna lowered her ears at the word 'tyrant'. She didn't think of her sister that way.

"Your sister rules by force, protected by militaries and constantly held at the top of the chain. She accepts no other power but her own, and is sure to destroy it and have her subjects see it as pure evil."

Luna thought about these words, before DIO said three more words.

"Even her sister."

Luna held back tears as she realized what he was saying. He was right. Her sister really was a true evil.

"I can bring you something greater than servitude under one who thinks that she is greater than you. Here, in our dreams, you musn't live in fear of her oppression, for even if her power is greater in person while you obey her, your power here is matchless. Even to me, who defeated her."

Luna looked up, "Do you really think so?"

DIO held out his hand.

"I know so."

"What is it now, Twilight. . ?" Rainbow Dash sighed as DIO was still asleep. It was 6 A.M. and she was not ready to wake up. However, her 'bestie' thought it was a good time to alert Dash of 'urgent news'.

"Dash, I've been looking around the population and a pony has gone missing!"

"How long?"

"Fifteen hours!"

Rainbow Dash facehoofed. "Ten hours Twilight? Seriously?" She shook her head.

"No no no!" Twilight quickly said, grabbing her attention back. "This pony has a very strict schedule! Look! I can show you."

Rainbow sighed, turning and walking up to her after stretching. "Sure."

"Alright," Twilight opened a file folder with a lot of research and pictures, "Her name is Rose, she owns a flower shop. It's very local, and not a big business, but she keeps things very orderly. She wasn't seen there by some of her friends, and appears to have not been in her house. They can't find her anywhere!"

"Maybe she wanted a break?" Rainbow suggested. Twilight shook her head.

"No, she is the type to notify others," Twilight said. Rainbow started to believe her. "This might be linked to the new Stand user, and I don't think his Stand is revealed yet."

"You might want to try and look into spells that reveal Stands Equestria-wide, then," Rainbow suggested.

"It's not that simple."

"It never is—"

"Where is DIO? I'm sure he can help, he'd be able to see it," Twilight said, looking over at a snoozing DIO. "Oh."

"He'll wake up soon." Rainbow Dash said. Twilight looked back at her documents.

"I hope."

"Wow, Kira! That's amazing! You really know how to make ponies vanish from the face of the planet!" Lyra said excitedly as Kira held the remaining hoof of another equine. Kira smiled.

"Thanks to Killer Queen, I can do whatever I like." Kira pointed out. Lyra hugged up against him, before jumping back as she remembered some thing.

"Ah! I remember, I got that spell for you!" She showed him a book with some spell information. "This one, along with some other spells that will help us stay incognito."

"So I will look like that?"

"Yep!"

"Hm, alright."

"I'll cast the spell, but first, you promised me something for baiting this mare~"

Kira sighed lightly. "Yes, I suppose I did."

He gently stroked her mane, she blushed lightly as he closed her eyes with pleasure.

This was certainly a fantastic experience, and she was on her way to the most peaceful. . .and most satisfying life.

'After stealing that old man's wallet, I'm almost feeling a bit bad. It was pretty funny, though.'

So we're back at the Beautiful Duwang and a certain Josuke Higashikata is wandering through the streets after his nephew, badass Jotaro, had left along with his father, Joseph. It appeared that he had nothing to do, so he went to talk to a few friends.

'Come on, I know they were eating here somewhere. Where are they?'

Soon, he saw them from afar, being sure to wave at them before running to them.

"Oi, Josuke!" one shouted, waving back from a distance. Josuke was happy to see his friends. Okuyasu, Koichi, and Rohan. He was sure they were going to have a great ti—

"OH MY GOD." Josuke said as he saw a very odd looking Rohan with Kim Jong Un and a rapist. I mean Koichi and Okuyasu.

"Wh-what's wrong Josuke?" Kim—Koichi asked.

"Rohan! What the Hell is wrong with you?!" Josuke asked as his Shining Diamond—

COUGH

—Crazy Diamond was summoned to attempt to fix this mistake.

"Don't worry about it, Josuke," Rohan sighed, shaking his head, "you can't fix David Production's mistake this time, no matter how much you break it, it's beyond repair."

"What do you mean?" Josuke asked in confusion.

"My OVA came out instead of part five," Rohan said with a smile. Josuke gasped at the mention of his OVA, stepping back in shock.

"Take it back! Everyone's been waiting for part five!" Josuke shouted with a curled fist. Rohan only frowned as he replied.

"I refuse."

"DORARARARARARARARARA!" Josuke had used Shi—Crazy Diamond to punch a hole in time itself and hop through it, fixing it as he left.

Honestly, I can't blame him.

"I just got a new reading, someone else has entered the universe!" Twilight said, putting on some funky glasses and tampering with some far-ahead-of-her-time machines.

Rainbow Dash walked over to take a look, then decided that calculus wasn't really her thing.

"Yeah, you have fun with that, I'm going to return to my nap," Dash said.

"Rainbow! This is really important!" Twilight whined.

"Yeah yeah, tell someone who cares, or much less actually understands."

At that moment, DIO opened the door, Luna following behind him.

"Princess!" Twilight said suddenly, bowing.

"Heyyyy lookiz. . .Dee-oh. . ." Rainbow Dash said with half-lidded eyes and a dopey smile.

"What is the information?" DIO asked. Twilight rose to take a look at the paper.

"According to this math, something has altered the matter-to-energy ratio significantly!" Twilight explained. DIO took a closer look.

"Several things could do that," DIO pointed out.

"Yes but this amount of energy, moreso the nature of it is like with you and the other Stand user!"

"Perhaps it could be something else with a similar power?"

"Stand power is so unique, it can't be mistaken for anything else."

"Hm. So why point out the energy over the nature?"

"It seems to have more energy than The World did, and excessively more than the other Stand user."

DIO thought about this for a moment. It couldn't be Jotaro, could it? No, Jotaro's Star Platinum might have exceeded his The World, but not significantly.

"I can pinpoint their location for you, if you'd like, DIO." Twilight proposed with a smile. DIO frowned, still looking at the paper.

"That will do."

"Aggh. . .breaking space itself was probably a bad idea. . ." Josuke groaned, looking at the dark, technicolor landscape. He slowly got up, very woozy before he caught a glimpse of three ponies and a large blonde man. "Oh hi mister! Could you tell me where I am?"

'Why do I feel such a familiarity towards this human?'

"So after my father left, I ended up punching a hole in space itself and getting here!" Josuke finished explaining. The other's looked confused, but at least he wasn't evil.

"What would cause you to go from saying goodbye to your father, to traversing spacetime with Stand power?" Twilight asked curiously.

"I don't want to talk about it." Josuke said shakily.

"Oh, I forgot, we haven't even introduced ourselves!" Twilight said, "My name is Twilight, this is Rainbow Dash,"

"'Sup." Rainbow said.

"Princess Luna,"

"Greetings," Luna said.

"And DIO."

DIO said nothing in response. Josuke gave an odd expression.

"I believe I've heard that name before, DIO?" he said. DIO looked slightly uncomfortable.

"And you are?" DIO asked with a cautious tone.

"Josuke Higashikata," Josuke replied, "I believe my nephew might have heard of you, that's why I can remember your name. Odd to see you in this place, though."

"Hmm. . ." DIO thought for a moment, "We believe that there might be another Stand user on the loose with ill intent for this world. Since you have landed here, you will be able to help."

"Well," Josuke scratched his head, "my friends are probably looking for me, and I should find a way back."

"I didn't phrase that as a question, did I?" DIO said with a grim an M E N A C I N G tone. Josuke stepped back a bit with a more frustrated expression.

"Oi oi, I don't need any trouble now," Josuke said curling a fist, "I happened upon this place by accident, I don't need to get involved with it."

"Perhaps you should have been involved with your hair more," DIO said.

Josuke stopped.

"Oi. . ." He began to glow as a large figure manifested behind him. "What the Hell did you say about my hair you bastard?!"

DIO summoned The World to take a direct hit from Josuke's now visible Stand. DIO was taken aback by the immense power that rivaled even Jotaro's.

'This power. . .' DIO thought, before seeing a barrage of punches coming his way. He quickly shouted in response, "ZA WARUDO!"

Josuke noticed a heart headband gently falling as he felt something behind him.

"How did you—?" Josuke said before taking a direct hit to the cheek from DIO's bare fist.

"That's enough, DIO," Princess Luna said as DIO prepared to fight again. She looked at Josuke. "Human, please, we want trouble as much as you do, but we haven't much time before much bigger problems could affect not only our world, but yours."

"That Stand. . ." Josuke said, ". . .is like Jotaro's."

DIO eye's widened at the name of a Joestar.

"What." DIO said, picking Josuke up by the collar.

"DIO! Put him down!" Twilight said.

"Oi oi! I'll stop fighting!" Josuke pleaded, struggling in DIO's grip. He only tightened his grip as The World appeared behind him.

"You said Jotaro" DIO growled, "Do you mean to tell me you know of Jotaro Kujo?"

"Y-yes! He's my nephew! My father, Joseph Joestar, had an affair with my mother! He came to Morioh to notify me and give me information about my inheritance!" DIO only stared as Josuke responded before dropping him soon after.

"The grandson of Jonathan Joestar, who I killed, came back from the dead." DIO mused.

"Wait, killed?"

DIO turned around.

"Am I forgotten so easily?!" DIO shouted. The others only remained silent in response as he stared directly at Josuke. "I was the one who killed Kakyoin! Who killed Joseph! Yet, Joseph is alive again? And what of Kakyoin? Was everything I had done completely dismissed? Were the rules of life and death broken just to spite me?"

"So you're the one Jotaro fought that night. . ." Josuke mused, realizing who he had met. "The one who wanted to kill the Joestars, yet, why haven't you killed me already?"

"Because I'm. . !" DIO stopped, looking at Luna, then at Twilight, then at Dash. His curled fist quickly relaxed. "Because I'm preoccupied with more important matters. Holding a grudge would waste my time, and put more lives in jeopardy in this world that deserves nothing of our world's evil."

"Hey, uh, guys?" Rainbow Dash said in the background, holding a bottle of some certainly alcoholic apple cider. "I'm a bit confused about this otherworldly drama and shit so uh, I'm just gonna drink myself to sleep in the other room. . ." Twilight stopped her before she could walk out.

"Ooooh no you're not," Twilight said with a sigh. "You're staying right here, and we're going to find this killer."

"Killer?" Josuke said with a concerned tone, "What do you mean killer?"

"One from your world has come to ours, and has disguised as one of our kind," Princess Luna said, "he leaves no evidence behind, it's certainly uncanny, but so many things have been uncanny lately, the most abnormal thing would have been a day of perfect circumstance."

"You don't mean. . ." Josuke said, his eyes widened as he thought of the terrible possibility that he might have come back.

"What?" Twilight asked attentively, the rest listening to him as he replied,

"Yoshikage Kira. . .Is back?"

"Lyra, I've gotten the most uncomfortable feeling. . ." Kira said, sitting on the edge of a bench.

"What is it, Kira?" Lyra asked with a concerned frown.

"As if my greatest adversary had just appeared within a world in which he was unwelcome," Kira replied, "as if fate itself has turned against me."

He looked up at the night sky, clouds beginning to shroud the stars from sight as they released a soft rain.

"Josuke, if it is true that you are here," Kira said to himself quietly, "I will be sure to defeat you this time."

"And I will never see you again."

"And like that, he just left!" Rohan explained to Jotaro as he stood beside Koichi and Okuyasu.

"Yeah! He just vanished!" Koichi said. Jotaro shook his head gently as he tilted his hat down.

"Good Grief."

"How are we going to save him?" Okuyasu asked. Jotaro looked at him, thinking for a moment.

"Okuyasu," Jotaro said. Okuyasu looked up attentively as Jotaro continued, "use your Stand to scrape away a portion of space, and I'll attempt to walk out of it in stopped time."

"That's insane!" Rohan said, "The possibilities of that working are little to none!"

"Heaven's Door can assure that it is successful," Jotaro said grimly, "after all, I have no other choice but to wait, and I'm not very patient."

"If you say so. . ." Rohan said. "Heaven's Door!" His Stand opened up Jotaro's face like a book as he wrote in the words:

'Successfully finds himself in the same place as Josuke after stopping time and walking through the open piece of space scraped away by The Hand"

"Alright, you can do it now," Rohan said. Josuke walked forward before Okuyasu placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Oi, be careful," he said, "find Josuke, and come back alive. Both of you."

Jotaro nodded as Okuyasu scraped away a portion of space with The Hand.

"Suta Prachina! Za Warudo!" Jotaro shouted, time stopping as he looked at the gaping hole in space. He shook his head.

"Good grief. How bizarre."
