I'm trying to discipline myself and stop playing Mass Effect 3 Bastion Borderlands 2 Tomb Raider Bioshock infinite Disney Infinity Rusty Hearts and put out a chapter every two weeks.

OMG. I'm really sorry everyone.

I've been writing this fic with two different computers and I just realized that all the work I put into it to finish chapter five HAS BEEN ERASED.

This morning I reread the fic and noticed a bunch of typos and everything, so I took my netbook out and edited it.

But I just realized that the old netbook hadn't updated with the new content, and I had just inadvertantly erased it allllll!!!!!

Does anyone know if I can get a previous version from fimfiction? OOOOOMGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!

First the fact that it took sooooooo long to get chapter 5 out, then to find typos, then erasing the finale in carousel boutique due to a stupid thing I did, then to ask for help on the forum rather than with the story tag in my blog and getting smacked for it, finding somepony who might have downloaded it only to find that their file was corrupted, finding that I still had the page cached in my phone, then carefully, carefully copy and pasting into gmail to email it to myself....

Long story short, chapter five is back up... Huzzah!

It's in the works. I had the whole chapter sketched but as I was writing it, it didn't sit well with me. I've only recently (like in the last 24 hours) figured out how I want the scene to play out and should be doing some writing tonight. However, there's a new clopfic in the works, only a 3 chapter fic. The whole first chapter is set-up but it should escalate quickly from there.

Don't apologize for your writing speed. The only reason you might feel guilt is if you promised a certain date and didn't uphold your promise. Write for your own enjoyment and don't feel beholden to others.

Yes, I am actually still working it out. I had most of it planned, but there were a number of plot changes since and I'm trying to realign without disregarding the previous chapters.

I really want to get this done and completed, but, well, real life (I was hospitalized for a bit.)

I can see from your comments that you really want to keep this story going. I really hope that the fates leave you alone for long enough to get that done, they're fickle bastards aren't they?
Gotta admit that I love the idea of it becoming an epic, there is so much going on in this story; you have essentially rewritten the entire theory of magic and every world building part of the story is completely engrossing, and at the same time the sex scenes are equally engrossing, that was one of the best three-ways I have ever read.
Good luck with life in general and I hope that you can continue this story and enjoy doing it.

Nice story, very well written.

Things got a bit rapey with the heart sisters, but I suspect that was entirely intentional. I hated to see Twilight's friends loose control of themselves like that, but I hope that after the initial exposure to whatever it is that's causing all this, they will regain enough control to get their own personalities back. That's actually one of the things I like most about this story: all the characters are so well shown that it's obvious when they are not being quite themselves.

Anyway, I hope that you can get back to this story someday.

Ah, well. Too bad we probably won't see more of this, as it's kind of interesting really. I mean, there are two things that're running concurrently here - Chrysalis' plotting, and Twilight's mishap - and I would've loved to see where things were headed.

To be honest, I'm more interested in Twi's end of the story, though. I mean, this is a magical mishap, so it stands to reason that it'll eventually wear off. What happens then? Many firsts have happened here... I wonder what Twi's friends would think after the effect wore off. Would they feel violated? Or would they ultimately decide that the feelings were there prior, just buried under a lot of repression and misunderstanding?

Or would Twilight, after realizing what has happened, continue to re-apply the spell willingly? Hmm... That'd be a dark ending, wouldn't it?

Then there's the possibility of Celestia, Luna, Chrysalis, and - eventually - Cadence - being pulled into this swirling vortex of lust-driven insanity...
