Its an alternate term for "Mary-sue"; which basically is term for "perfect characters"(some being op self-insert) who always win/succeed in whatever they do, usually with absolutely no negative consequences (, like "X takes over Equestria and has s*x with all of the Y"). It can often lead to a boring story or flat characters depending what kind of story is being made. There should be some vids about the term explaining it better. "Terrible Writing Advice" has some good ones about many writing things.

Or, considering the ponies' matriarchal structure, the zebras take over and discover that conquest means raising the foals and being homemakers as the ponies go out and do stuff. It's the exact opposite of human dynamics: the mares have the jobs and rule the home, while the stallions take care of the foals and actually rule the home. It's a nice subversion of the usual striped plot, and allows for plenty of breeding and other fun while still keeping an interesting power dynamic.
Imagine being a zebra colt who, upon reaching majority, has his pick of willing concubines. All you have to do is stay at home, play with the foals, and wait for your wives to get home from work and pounce you all at once.
This mostly a kink suggestion, but what if the zebras inscribed runes on the bodies of the ponies, which had some magical effects on them ? Could something simple as a symbol tattooed around the mare's genitals that makes her become more lustful, or makes her to take bigger sizes, or blocks orgasms without her master's permission, etc.
It might sound like a cheating thing to use these to conquer ponies. Could be something only a couple of zebras like to use. Or it could be something of a special occasion, like a binding ceremony for when the pony itself is finally broken and is ready to belong to a zebra master.

As for ideas, I'm a Rarity lover. Despite my love I do enjoy stories where she gets ruined a bit.
These potions increase arousal and fertility, surely some zebra is going to see how effective it is in larger doses? Take a mare like Rarity, curvy with good foal bearing hips, and make her chug a few potions every day. I can get inspired by fics occasionally too so I have an idea: Don’t just do your spin on it, try and make your own! It is easier said than done but I’m sure you could try and work on your own one if zebradom is what floats your boat (and I don’t blame you if it does). But that way you don’t have to credit me and can have created your own ‘work of art’ if you will.
