(Probably) the only BOX you'll ever find.

They say cruelty is a matter of perspective...

Is it now?

Because as you know, it is hard to judge such cruelty when you've never known such kindness.

You believe the same goes for any tragedy, after all, isn't a good tragedy usually borne out of another one's cruelty?

A tragedy at play, but only until the end, and only in your view.

A story where a single human had monopolized the industry and economy of Equestria and the larger majority of Equis.

Okay, listen now, I'm not one to loose my marbles over anything BUT;

OH MY GOD THIS WAS SO GOOD. Now, I admit, I do have a thing for characters in the moral gray zone, and this story has perfectly encapsulated that dillema of whether or not the MCs actions are justified. I just... Yeah, I honestly don't know what to say here. Reading this was an absolutely amazing experience, and seeing as I'm writing this comment right after I finished, I'm still kind of on a high.

In conclusion, I loved this with all my heart, and your writing has (at least in my eyes) been absolutely impeccable on this one. If you decide to make this into a series, like a come to power story, I would totally read it in it's entirety, but this is absolutely great even as a one shot.

Even tho it was a one-time gig, I appreciate the feedback, and I'm really glad you enjoyed it! With more to come, I hope not to disappoint :D

This story has made me desire a prequel where we see the protagonist's rise to power and a sequel, with the problems caused by his removal.

Also, I'm glad he didn't go out without a fight.

The ponies didn't eat the rich. The riches are delicious.

Amidst all the confusion, you swore Celestia said something in her murmuring state, “ we only wanted to negotiate… ”

Then why did you shoot him first? You reap what you sow, bitch.

I'm not one to judge another person, but I'd sure as hell freak out when someone starts to shout (and has a history of violence).

The protagonist committed such horrible deeds, justifying them by saying it was about some sort of mission for progress or saving the creatures of the world from someone worse or some bullshit like that, when in the end the it was really just about ambition and jealousy.
Honestly, the protag had it coming.

My feelings exactly. The protagonist just sounds like some megalomaniac narcissist suffering from "main character syndrome", rationalizing his selfish desires at every turn by claiming it was for some nebulous vision of the future regardless of who suffers in the process. He turns Equestria into some dystopian corporate-controlled hellscape and naturally claims it's his "rightful place" at the top as some Ancap warlord because of course he would, and then throws a tantrum when Celestia and Twilight disagree with his shitass rule and give him what he truly deserves. Like bitch, who asked you to "save" Equestria?

Also guns, for some reason.

Unlike back home where humanity never got over their obsession with conquest and change, here, you set the standard for everything.

I guess the protagonist sees only a reflection of himself then. He's certainly no different from what he claims to hate.

Hmmmmmmmmmm

Not sure why this has so many dislikes. It’s a good little story.

Maybe some people don’t like that a human can be a meanie ):

Neat writing experiment, i really liked that! Some subversion in this "Human comes to Equestria"-style fanfic genre, long needed and appreciated

Hey this was pretty good.

I kinda wanna punch the mc in the face.
