As punishment for his actions, Sprout Cloverleaf is sentenced to clean up all the rubble from Sunny Starscout's destroyed lighthouse. Furious at how successful Sunny is, at how happy all the Unicorns and Pegasi are with their magic, and at how his mother Phyllis has begun to distance herself from him; Sprout constantly stewed in his anger and wished for some way to get revenge. However, when he comes across the ancient Bewitching Bell among Argyle's collection of Equestrian artifacts, it seems that the bigoted would-be emperor would finally get his wish.

Sunny and her friends soon find themselves fighting and fleeing for their very lives as they are faced with the newly self-proclaimed "Final Emperor of Equestria."

An entry in Imposing Sovereigns III, using the prompt Sprout Cloverleaf/DETERMINATION.

YEEESSSS!!!! :pinkiecrazy:

Wow very interesting way to make Sprout even more threatening than ever and almost destroying the city and almost killing sunny and the others and also making Phyllis no better than her own son they're both crazy and also Bewitching Bell they really need to destroy that thing but this is a very interesting and pretty Epic story keep up the good work

In an undisclosed location, a long scepter made of purple crystal lay on a table. The top of the scepter had three prongs, as if it was once meant to hold something. On one of the walls of the room was a schematic of the scepter with precise details on every part of it. The schematic also depicted a large egg-shaped gem of some kind being inserted into the three prongs.

Mass manufacture millions of them and become an evil (magi)tech CEO.

They should have get rid of those two when they have the chance!

Edit: What's up with the dislikes?! Everybody shouldn't like Sprout and his mother in the first place. Especially that f***** up confession of murdering Sunny's dad. And we can't forget him trying to frickin kill everybody, TWICE!!!!

Also, he broke a Pinkie Promise without a second thought or no remorse.

"You have to Pinkie Promise!" Sunny insisted.

When I saw this, knowing full well Sprout wouldn't keep the promise, I honestly expected Sprout to be defeated by a curse from Pinkie Pie or something XD

Good story, though I feel like as long as she's willing to try and make up for her crimes, Phyliss is okay in my books. I guess we all have opinions.

"Once I fix this thing, they will all burn."

A pony walked over to the empty Bloodstone Scepter and rested a pink-furred hoof on it.

"Don't worry. Mommy will avenge you. . ."

Sequel?

As far as we know, CanterLogic has the capability to mass produce this sort of equipment. Seeing as magic is the issue here, tech impervious to magic would be an obvious choice.

I'll admit, that damned Bell is like a neon sign pointing at a major future threat. Though I hope it doesn't play out quite like this - well write en, but I hope that the megalomania will have been temporary.

I mean, do we really know he wasn't? After all - he got turned to stone by something, and with only five Elements there... Well, do we know for sure that Pinkie didn't hop forward during her little omniscience spree?

Sunny opened her eyes and smiled. "You can never take away our magic, not as long as I've got my friends beside me," she said as she began to levitated into the air. Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, and Zipp began to rise up off of the ground as well, held aloft by the purple aura. "Because what you don't understand, Sprout," Sunny declared, still smiling brightly, "Is that friendship is magic."

This. This is the part where I realized this could be an actual episode, and not just that, but one of the best ever episodes of MLP.
This story could be the MLP equivalent of the episode "Blink" from Doctor Who.

Hmm. Making Sprout this much of an absolute, unrepentant monster works, but I’m not sure how to feel about it. It’s a bit much, is all. I have to wonder if Phyllis would still be intent on revenge if she knew just what kind of sociopath she’d raised.

A thrilling adventure, make no mistake, but I hope Sprout gets a bit more nuance in future installments of G5. I suppose we’ll see in time. Thank you for this, and best of luck in the judging.

Okay there needs to be sequel or more chapters I want to know what phyllis's plan is.

Pleeeeease make a sequel or another chapter!!!! This was amazing!!!

I’m very curious. Is there going to actually be a sequel with Evil Phyllis? If so, that’s going to be absolutely amazing!!

Sunny nodded, feeling bolder and more at ease with her friends close by. She smiled her best smile and said, "Look at us, Sprout. We're all friends. The five of us. Our races don't matter. All that matters is who we are. The time for fear, paranoia, and suspicion is over, Sprout. You don't have to be afraid of them anymore! They're not a threat! We can all be friends. Just come join us, and we can all share the Magic of Friendship."

I mean...

And it's over.

Sequel. Maybe. Please?
