They're still there in his territories, just didn't want to clog up the story with too many characters. Rarity, Sweetie, Ember, and Smolder are simply the ones who stick around him the most.
Sunset probably still helps protect the lands as a Paladin on occasion.
Applejack likely does the same as a bounty hunter.
Rainbow Dash probably still does pirate style stuff, just nothing too shady anymore, treasure hunting I imagine.
Been a while since I got to sit back and enjoy your work on the sidelines.
Good start so far, eager to see how this tale of two spikes carries on.

MLP Spike is the current Dragon Lord, EQG Spike is the displaced one. No rule 63 version planned to appear, admittedly I don't care for gender-swapping characters unless there's a strong reason.
