I was wondering how accidental incest was going to come into this, was assuming it would involve Celestia. Could have done more with that revelation, but I guess the fic is short and sweet and saucy enough as it is.
Pretty sure Luna's eyes aren't green though. Also you've double-spaced all your paragraphs, which means readers only have a choice between double spaced or triple spaced, no option for indented.

Yeah. I've seen so many stories where Twilight was Luna's daughter that when this contest was announced I knew I had to do this.
I had thought about writing a third chapter set sometime later with a lot more sauce but time was against me. I just didn't think I could get it done. Maybe I will do it later or make a pervert sequel (lol even more perverted) but for now this is good enough

This is interesting to see. Because I remember reading a news story about something like this happening to a brother and sister. They grew up apart then met as late teens to early twenties. Fell in love married and was together for years. They only found out they were brother and sister years later when they had trouble trying to have a kid and went in for test to find out why. Their DNA was near matches marking them as related. After doing a little research they found out they were brother and sister. Also, like this story, they choice to stay together.
I really liked this! Though it was a bit telly in places I did enjoy the overall tone. You really managed some pretty decent prose here, too - nothing exceptional but definitely good. I liked the dynamic Twilight and Luna had, though i feel this fic did resolve a bit more cleanly than I would have liked.
Still, this was very nice. A very good showing!

Gotta say - this is entirely on Celestia. I mean, how old is she again? How could she be this naive, thinking that plopping in between them from time to time might actually kill this development entirely? How does she teach Twilight, get to know her this well, and seriously expect her relationship with her mother and her father to deteriorate just because she tells her the truth? How did she not show any signs which Luna - as her sister - could've picked up on out of sheer guilt over keeping her own sister in the dark? How could she-...

Don't get me wrong - it's a good story. The twist comes out of left field and hits hard. I do like the Tuna-ship most and that'll probably never change. It's well-written, it has good characterization, everything's fine. Well, mostly. Because... that Celestia! Oh boy.
