Wounded badly and with Nightmare Moon's return only days away she fears for the safety of her friends in Ponyville and yet all is not lost, for The Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce has arrived.

A story that combines elements of both MLP FiM and SRMTHFG to create a narrative for a cartoon about a kid and five cybernetic monkeys fighting a lich, a cartoon that I believe has not been given the respect and admiration I think it deserves.

It's easy enough to find the show online. I have a habit of binge watching SRMTHFG, wanting more and then getting disappointed that Season 5 will never happen and most of the fanfiction isn't as good as stuff on here.
So I said fuck it and started my own crossover.
So let me get this straight. So what you're telling me is that Luna, and by extension possibly Celestia, is Pschyia Fae, the moon is actually a ship, and Nightmare Moon is just her getting sick? Good Lord, I think this might be the most interesting take I've seen yet. And I really like touch of the Psychia Fae being Fluttershy's mother.

Thank you! As stated in my blog, I don't like seeing huge chunks of the source material used in a story with only a few small changes and after creating the Psychion Fae race from scratch I wanted to make it feel like the race itself fits in both Equestria and the larger universe The Monkey Team inhabits.
Some crossovers are just canon MLP with a character here or an extra line of dialog there which is something I wanted to avoid with this.
But seriously, I am thrilled that at least a few people are enjoying my take of a standard crossover.

Gods, I loved SRMTHG! so much when I was younger (still do, actually), and I'm still extremely, extremely pissed that Disney (or whoever was making it at the time) never gave us Season 5, or that said season will likely never be made, let alone released.

Holy SHIT! Talk about a hit right to the childhood. I hadn't thought about this show in AGES! SRMTHFG was awesome, it was the perfect mix of lighthearted and deep, of cute and terrifying. The plot was in depth, and the characters memorable in so many different ways...I need to re-watch this show! Looking forward to more.

I would've had to juggle three different character arcs- Twilight's, Chiro's and Fenneca's plus I felt like I would've had to shoehorn her in because "It's FiM, Twilight is the main character" and I didn't want to outright copy canon but with a few extra things.

Huh, maybe I wasn't clear enough in the story but Ponyville's librarian is one that is known but never actually seen, I'll elaborate more in a future chapter but the gist of it is that everyone knows the town has a librarian but no one aside from Cadance has actually seen or even met her.

Well intially the idea was "The Elements of Harmony are not reactivated." and to be honest, outside of a few Episodes for this story the main cast won't be going to Canterlot so I could just as easily write Twilight in as I go if needed.
For the moment though, I'm treating the story as if Twilight Sparkle doesn't exist, I hadn't thought of a way to add her in or what she would be like in the AU but who knows? I might think of something further down the line.
I only have two seasons planned out so far.

I'm so glad that's a complaint! I just finished linking the blog post explaining the original idea behind this chapter in the authors notes. Episode 5 will mostly be a compilation of SoL scenes with Chiro's boredom driving forward so bear with me, there is more to come, I just have to work exactly what I want to put in now that I've gotten Episode 4 finally done!
Honestly it felt like Episode 4 was taking forever to finish because i kept adding stuff to it, lol. It takes me about a day or two to write a chapter, barring any computer issues, headaches or day long breaks I take.
