Damn ... was going so well .... was liking the guys sensitive nature then the last few paragraphs killed it .... he turned her into a cheating s**t ... shaping her insides so that his c*** specifically pleases her smells of corruption to the point of no one but him can now fully please her ... and knowing she has a boyfriend and still screwing her while not in estrus makes him a ass ....yah he said some sensitive stuff but he still screwed her instead of saying no...she said he understands a lady has needs ..but that can be seen two ways .... thats not clearly saying he's cool with her sleeping around maybe he wanted to take care of those needs. Plus with 400 years of experience and zebra potions hes using hacks ..theres literally no guy that can compete every girl he screws is ruined for other guys unless the guys take lessons from him and buy potions to increase size and performance. Hymn .... that could be a good job to ... marriage counselor or sex ed teacher. Good writing overall ... i just hate cheaters ... it brings out my inner applejack.

Egggh what can you do. When you read a story thats as well written as this it's like your standing right next to the characters. Like i said it just felt like the guy was pretty cool for the first 85% then he got seedy with his motivations at the end.sleeping with taken mares seems like a dic* move to me. In this equestria if the author wants them to have loose morals then everyone sleeping around even in relationships is acceptable but only being two chapters in we can't see his objectives yet. Hell studding might even be a thing here he might get payed to father a child or two.

No I understand what you mean I'm sorry it came off that way. I'll admit I didn't intend to have it turn out that way and since this is only one chapter you don't really get a good feel for the guy who is meant to be the reader. Yes the ending is him going into temptation but take it from his perspective. He has been alive for so long with a veritable lack of company for years and years usually tossing away relationships when five years have passed. If he's asked to do a job i.e. sleeping with a mare who wanders into his building because of their estrus he's gonna do his job competently. The ending does have Velvet decide to use him for her own needs but since she said things under her breath the MC didn't hear it. So he thinks she got permission from her boyfriend to do this. It's not right mind you but he just trusts a customer at face value.
That's an explanation but I won't make excuses that it is a heinous thing to do.

Wanna know something funny? There is no overarching plot for this. There is no dark plots or nefarious schemes in this story. It is basically a slice of life into the MC's life broken up by sexual encounters that happen. He is not responsible for what these mares do and they are grown up enough to make their own choices. I'll go into this more whenever I get to new chapters.

Still i can see a bit where the guy is comming from, the MC is at first only committed to dealing with single mares then at the last minute he just decides otherwise. The character archs arent deep here so I dont particularly mind the cheating but it is a bit of a sudden shift in principles is all. He's not responsible for what they want to do with him but he is entirely responsible for accepting.
Make no mistake though, Velvet is the one going behind her boyfriends back, that aspect isnt on him.

And you are right. I haven't given much more of his back story since it's always a work in progress and I'm just gonna say that MC is not perfect. Being immortal doesn't make you have perfect morals. Even with a lifetime of experience behind him loneliness does make it so that bad decisions are still made.
Overall both are adults and both can make their own mistakes and eventually there will be either consequences or fallout. Eventually.

It’s probably non-canon, BUT, if she used to be a captain in Celestia’s guard, it would explain why she’s in Canterlot, as well as her interest in something with more adrenaline.

Come to think of it, aside from Celestia and the “Mom 6,” I can’t think of many mares who would be young adults at that time period. At the moment, I can only think of are Stellar Flare, Prim Hemline, Trixie’s mom, Stormy Flare, and Aunt Orange. I think Spoiled Rich and Ms. Harshwhinny count too, but can’t be sure.
