Celestia is an idiot for making Twilight a part of this deal without finding out if she actually wanted a thousand years of Immortality, and Twilight is an idiot because probably at least one of her friends won't want to be immortal. Twilight couldn't turn down the immortality without screwing over the other 3 because if she did, the contract would be null and void leaving Celestia, Luna, and Cadence quite mortal. And if any of her friends will turn it down, that would leave the lot of them mortal as well as Twilight having been the sexual servant of death for a decade for no reason pretty much.

You only know what has been stated explicitly. What if Tia asked Twilight if she wanted to be immortal without explaining the contract and, after finding out, she asked her own friends the same? Not saying either of them did that, but it could have happened.

Sex contracts are still considered rape because of the nature of it. For example they can be signed while drunk or the contract may say sex but not mention the rape bdsm or something like that. So yeah those contracts won't stand in most courts sorry.

No, Twilight was completely in the dark about becoming an Alicorn. There is a lot of evidence in show that Celestia either catalyzed Twilight to becoming an Alicorn or know that she would/could become one without Twilight having any knowledge of the possibility.
