Love it, but it seems to break off abruptly at the end, like it's unfinished. I'm assuming from the word choice that the last line is probably a comment from Luna, but it ends in a comma, and doesn't really seem like an end to the scene.

No, it is finished. but that comma makes me read it a different way. Like as if it isn't just a statement. It's looser that. And I figured it would convey an extra sense of flippancy.
And yeah, it is Luna speaking.
There were a few dropped periods and words here and there. I would recommend reading it over again, slowly, and you should catch most of them. Otherwise, excellent work. And it makes an odd sort of sense to me for Cadance (you do consistently spell her name wrong, but so does everypony else), Alicorn of Love, to have gender-swapping magic as part of her talent. Maybe that's just my lack of sleep talking, though.

Well, that was interesting.
I've seen a clopfic where one of the Mane Six gets rejected by the OC and another where Shining Armor is disgusted by the idea of incest with Twilight. I guess I'm just missing one where Cadance pulls a surprise R63 spell on Shining Armor and it ends on divorce.
But I had way more fun reading this than I should have.
