That was... good. Maybe I'm a little spoiled by other clopfics, but this one seemed a little abridged and with fewer intimate details. Not bad for a beginner, but it could be better.

Although, I find it hard to believe that they haven't had sex before getting married. Call me progressive, but most people are in intimate relationships before they wed, so I find it likely Cadance and Shining had their first encounter much earlier. That was what I was expecting when I got into this story, teenager Cady and Shiny getting a little extra touchy-feely during a makeout session, then agreeing that they'd always be together, and then finally consummating their love.
